Rock N Roll Sushi — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I was excited to treat myself to some sushi after an appointment. Upon entering I stood waiting to be seated/addressed to make a takeout order. No one came to check on me. However, 2 other people walked in and were immediately assisted. Thankfully those individuals made it known that I had been standing there first. Immediately, one of the staff dismissed me as a "Doordash driver." I quickly corrected and when they returned, they failed to offer a menu until I asked. Right when I was saying "I would like to order..." the staff walked off. An actual Doordash driver came and was also immediately helped. A different staff then came to ask me if I had been helped. Unfortunately their system went down. I settled on leaving. The whole experience made me feel unwelcomed, which is unfortunate because I never have had this experience. The Benton location was great. Hopefully staff can avoid making assumptions...

As someone who loves rock n roll sushi, I can’t tell you how excited I was when I found out it was coming to hot springs. Got to go in today, and it was fantastic! My friends and I had Hannah as our waitress, and she was awesome! Super sweet, patient, knew the whole menu and was able to provide us information on everything. And the food was PERFECT! I had a japanese cherry blossom cocktail, with crispy wontons as an appetizer, and the steak bowl as dinner, and everything was perfect.
