American Deli — Restaurant in Houston

I am a regular customer along with my store. We was so excited for the store to open. For the most part the business was great, food was consistent and they showed customer service. More frequently we’ve been having horrible customer service. You answer the phone with an attitude, or put someone on hold. When we hang up abruptly because we are a business as well you take it personal yet we aren’t getting the customer service needs either. We all have a job to do and customer service is a priority. You never tell a customer you blocked their number when we’ve been giving you business every day. Poor customer service skills. I tried to call in to make my order twice. The person that answered the phone was rude and didn’t even greet me before telling me to hold on then proceeded to put me on hold for awhile then came back to phone and act like she couldn’t hear me. I called back and they did the same thing but this time never came back to the phone. I ordered online and walked in the door still on hold. I asked one of the lady workers about the phone orders and she didn’t address my concern just looked at me with a “I don’t care attitude”. I sat for over 10 minutes even though I ordered online. My food sat there before they decided to give it to me. This location is horrible and unprofessional.The one on Scott is your go to if you good food and great customer service. This business use to be clean, have great customer service, and great food. It was refreshing at one point of time. I am not sure what happened which brings me to this review. The employees are horrible and have discouraged me from ever dining there again. The place is always dirty, cashier constantly have an attitude and the call-in process is inadequate. I was put on hold for 9 MINUTES to hear her talk about her check not coming, Pook want her to set up the phone, her boyfriend did not do what was planned for her bday. Outrageous things, and when returning back to the phone she ask me "Did I still want to order?" The food is not cook thoroughly and the presentation is now sloppy. It's horrible....
