KFC — Restaurant in Houston

Troieniecia the drive thru cashier was the only pleasant employee during my 8 minutes of waiting for the others to complete their duties. If a person is inconvenienced and made to pay then is told there is a 10 minute wait can you scoot up; can I get a bigger beverage Troieniecia asks the manager he says no well no I can't scoot up and save your performances time. I asked for his name as he posed as a management he refused to give his name, whereas a real manager would have given their name and corporates number if they were right wrong and indifferent. I should have known it was a horrible establishment when nobody is in their lot nobody in the drive thru during peak hours...only 2 cars and I can guarantee they both were employees vehicles.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT YOU CLEAN HOUSE GET A NEW TEAM OF STAFF THATS EAGER AND WILLING TO SLING CHICKEN AND NOT JUST RIDE THE CLOCK LIE AND BAMBOOZLE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING LONG WAIT TIMES. I had a bad experience yesterday going to this location to place an order. While in line placing order she told me to move to next window. I heard what she said but but was taking my money out and that is when she yelled at me "I SAID MOVE TO THE NEXT WINDOW" Once I got to next window the other lady told me that she has a bad attitude all the time. When I made it to work, called in and she answer the phone. I asked: Who I am speaking to and she reply "WHO ARE YOU". She even told me she was the manager called Camile which I later found out that was not her name and that Camile is the actual manager. Called in KFC Corporation and related the message. They did took care of me with respect and immediately contacted the store about the situation. Few minutes later the actual manager contacted me and she was really nice about the whole situation. She even offer to give me a meal on her. This is why I actually changed my review from 1 star to 3 star. I will definitely give them...

Window guy with locs is rude as hell. He was back talking to the other customers telling them that I was being slow. And he rung up my order wrong. I asked him if they had rice and beans because I don’t know what’s on the menu after he asked me to order at the window because he couldn’t hear me over the machine. He told me he’s kicked people out of the line for ordering stuff they know is across the street (at Popeyes). I said “I don’t know what’s on the menu; I don’t eat here often.” He said “oh” Rude, wrong, and slow.

Then he told me to pull up but there was nowhere to pull up. He wanted me to block the drive through lane traffic. I had to do a whole u turn to get into their parking lot. People in the inside line weren’t being crazy as far as I knew, yet he was talking to everyone as if we all were.

Enough for me to not come back to this location. There’s one in Pearland that has way better service and it’s...
