I ordered on the app. I thought it would be easy a 2 piece dinner. I waited a bit in the drive-through line and made it to the speaker. Even though I ordered through the app and specified that I was picking it up in the drive-through the lady told me that I had to go to the dining room. So I wasted the time I sat in line at the drive-through I had to park my car and go inside. It would have been just slightly annoying if they already made my order and I had to pick it up like some places. But no. I had to wait through the dining room line just like I never ordered. I waited over 30 minutes to just get to the front of the line. When using the app, you can't easily cancel your order. Most places do not charge until they fill the order. Their app charges when you place the order, so if you get tired of waiting after 30 minutes you have to contact customer service and they will give you a refund after several days. The worker filled my order just like she would have if I had just came the restaurant and not used the app. If they were going to do that I did not see why they could not do it in the drive through. I think the problem is that they seemed to only have 3 workers. One taking and filling the orders in the drive through another taking and filling the orders in the dining room and one cooking. They need one or even better yet 2 people filling the orders and just let the people at the drive-through and the dining room cash register just work on filling the orders. Having only 3 people working has to be stressful for the workers and very bad for the customers. I have noticed lots of customers leaving after waiting a while. When I got my order though the chicken was delicious. The worker in the dining room was nice even though she was working in a tough working situation. The management...
Read moreMy order total was 12.95. I took out 4 fifty dollar bills planning to use one of them to pay, But instead I paid with 5, 6 ones and 1.95 in change, but I mistakenly also gave the cashier all 4 of my fifties. As I was leaving, The cashier called me back and said "YOU GAVE ME A FIFTY". Just then the manager came over and to the cashier to give me 40.00 for my change, which doesn't match my order total. I was handed 2 twenty dollar bills. The long line had been moving quickly so I pulled ahead, checked the floor of my van, my wallet and shirt pockets for the 50s, then I realized what I'd done. I went all the way back around and made my way through the line and back to the window and explained to the manager what happened as the cashier watched. The manager lifted the register's drawer and said that there was only one 50 in there, but asked me for my phone number and said that THE CAMERA would tell what happened. This happened today, Tuesday, September 22 on CULLEN RD in HOUSTON...
Read moreThe customer service skills and professionalism are seriously lacking. I purchased two 2pc chicken combos and the chicken wasn’t fresh and the red beans were watered down. I kept the apple and drink from one of my orders, which I clearly stated to the manager. She refunded only one of the combos, now I worked at several fast food establishments, and if food is bought back if a customer is asking for a refund or a remake, that’s what supposed to happen, however I didn’t like nor appreciate her attitude, so I simply wanted a refund. Mind you, it was an inconvenience for me to have to come back to return the food but for her to only refund one of the combos also while taking pictures with her phone of the food in front of me irritated me. I’ve worked at Burger King, Jack In The Box, McDonalds, and Chick Fil A and none of my managers ever handled business in that manner, and I’m also a manager currently at...
