My husband and I stopped here and ordered 2 dinners. Before leaving the window, our food was already leaking and we couldn't pick it up off the the drive-thru tray (1st strike). The lady who gave us our order had the servers to fix the bag. Upon arriving across the street at McDonald's to get our kids something to eat, we checked our bags to make sure everything was okay before leaving the area only to find they gave us 2 orders of ONE of the dinners we ordered and another dinner that we didn't order....plus we were missing our egg rolls (strike 2). I called them to let them know we were right across the street considering they were about to close within the next 10 min. The guy that answers the phone tells me that he doesn't care where I am and that we needed to hurry back before they closed and continued to be rude and unprofessional (strike 3). We arrived back in time for them to get our order right only to be SHOVED our food and in addition to that, they again miss giving us ALL of our order. I could tell that this was the same guy who had answered my call. When we brought it to his attention yet again that he had not given us ALL of our order, he says "Do you want everything for free?" and shoves the rest of our order at us to quickly close the window. It's one thing to get our order wrong. But it's the responsibility of the owner especially to make things right even if you're shutting down your kitchen. No we don't expect anything for FREE. But it is your job to ensure that when you are wrong, you do what it takes to make things right no matter what it takes. Our patronage is surely not one that will be contributing to your business ever again. Tonight was the last time my husband and I will ever spend a dime or any of our time even thinking about dropping by this location. This review is surely the best part of getting something for FREE.....it's letting people FREELY know to pass your establishment...
Read moreThis was the most awful chicken dinner and steam vegetable dinner I've ever had. This place does not care about us!!! They post up in our community and sell us trash after they gain our trust. Inconsistent across the board. Compared to the way they use to be and they were one of the most trusted restaurants to get good fried chicken wings. Now the chicken we got was softly fried and tasteless... Seemed rushed. The veggies were full of water in the bottom of the styrofoam plate and tasteless. When my husband went to put it in the car, all the hot water spilled out on his hand a burned his hand. The only pleasant experience was the young black lady that took our order. She was kind and accommodating to give us extra bags to put the food in to keep it from spilling in our car. Also we ordered 8 wings and got 6 But good thing we checked the chicken before leaving. The young lady corrected the chicken order. TIMMY CHAN NEED TO GO AWAY OR GET IT RIGHT! An old man came in while we were there and obviously works there because he went straight to the kitchen and he never spoke or looked at us. My people take note and patronize the places that celebrate us and our culture, not the ones that tolerate us just to fill there pockets...
Read moreMy first time ever going to this location and I’ve lived in Houston for 30yrs. I ordered wings & rice. The wings were dried out, dark, tasted and looked old cooked in old oil. No flavor whatsoever.(Chicken was not marinated the night before.) It was literally disgusting. 🤮🤢 And they are the most expensive location I’ve ever been too. The menu is totally different from other locations. When I questioned the prices being so much more expensive than the other locations I was told that they weren’t owned by the same people. I read the reviews AFTER I saw my food. Reading the reviews made me realize that the reviews have been bad for a VERY long time and this establishment has not made any effort to improve. So my question is WHY do we as a community continue to support this location and any other when they truly don’t care about us?? Why? The cashier told me that they have been there for decades.
