Today, I had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Feng Cha location in Katy Green, drawn by the excitement surrounding its grand opening. Although I missed the actual event, the experience I had was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that Feng Cha takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The staff members were attentive, welcoming, and displayed a genuine passion for their craft. Despite the bustling atmosphere, they managed to make every customer feel valued and attended to. On this scorching hot day, I decided to quench my thirst with my all-time favorite, the Overflowing Grapefruit. It was the perfect choice! The drink was a refreshing blend of grapefruit goodness, offering a delightful balance of tanginess and sweetness. With each sip, I could feel the revitalizing effects, rejuvenating me on this sweltering day. While enjoying my beverage, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail put into the presentation. The overflowing grapefruit was served in an elegant container, showcasing its vibrant colors and enticing aromas. It was a visual treat that enhanced the overall experience. The modern decor and comfortable seating arrangement provided a pleasant atmosphere for customers to relax and savor their drinks. In conclusion, the new Feng Cha location in Katy Green is a hidden gem. Despite not attending the grand opening, I was captivated by the superb customer service and the refreshing beverages they offer. Whether you're seeking a moment of respite from the heat or simply looking to treat yourself, Feng Cha is the perfect destination. Make sure to pay them a visit and indulge in their delightful offerings.

Fantastic boba shop with excellent service and drinks! It is located in the MarqE entertainment center beside a few other food places. Vibe: There's a good amount of space and tables. The shop looks new and clean, and there's some cool instagrammable spots on the walls. It's a great place to meet up with friends, grab a quick drink and go, or get some work done as there's several outlets and fast wifi. Service: There was one person taking orders and making the drinks, and she was very nice and incredibly fast! Drinks: We tried the taro milk tea with half sweetness and classic black milk tea with regular (100%) sweetness and boba. The taro milk tea was delicious, and tasted legit like taro! We've had issues with other boba shops having taro drinks that taste too artificial, and we are happy to report that this is not one of them. It was very creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. In the classic black milk tea, the robust black tea flavor is the predominant flavor and its supported nicely by the creamy milk. For those who prefer milk tea that focuses on the tea rather than the milk, this is a great option! Surprisingly, it wasnt too sweet despite being 100% regular sweetness, but you may want to ask for less sugar if you want it even more tea-ish. The boba tapioca was good, but nothing special. The drinks are pretty big here for the price, especially compared to other boba shops these days.

I used to be a regular here because the employees created a wonderful atmosphere. But lately, things have gone downhill. They had issues with one of the machines for a few weeks, and more recently they’ve been so understaffed that there was nowhere to sit. The employees have consistently tried their best, but management obviously doesn’t care about them. Today was the last straw. The lobby reeked and I noticed this bucket collecting some kind of rank liquid. Apparently a sewage pump broke and this was the solution management gave them. Collecting what might be human waste in sight of customers. If I hadn’t lost my appetite from the smell, I’d definitely not order anything based on how unsanitary this is. Absolutely unacceptable from management to not only accept, but suggest this!

Feng Cha, located in the vibrant Spring Branch area of Houston, stands as a beacon for boba tea aficionados. During my initial visit, I utilized their user-friendly kiosk, which made ordering a seamless and efficient experience. I had the pleasure of sampling an array of their teas, each exhibiting a remarkable brightness and a distinct natural essence, a testament to the quality of ingredients used.

The balance struck between the teas and their complementary add-ins was masterful, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors with each sip. This delightful ratio provided a consistent taste experience, a rare achievement in the world of boba tea.

Drawn back the very next evening, I opted for the convenience of online ordering. However, a mishap occurred when I inadvertently ordered from the wrong location. Upon realizing the error, I contacted the location where the order was placed, and they kindly assured me of a refund. As of this writing, I am awaiting the completion of this transaction.

Despite this hiccup, each visit to Feng Cha in Spring Branch reaffirms the skill and care put into every cup, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a truly exceptional boba tea experience in the...
