Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

Customer service was bad and they did not seem to care. My family and I went there for the first time today and we could tell that something was wrong when they asked only for cash. We got an ice cream cone and a tiger drink which is a twist on the Asian drink. They did not blend the drink and it looked like a float. My daughter almost threw up after tasting because it tasted spoiled and sour. The milk was off. It was bad. After we asked for something else because it tasted horribly, they said to pay to order something new. They did not care. I walked into a place full of disgust and I was greeted by a boy doing my ice cream, and when it was time to pay, I didn’t know how to swipe the card and then the girl that was working with him started laughing, and they saw me struggling, but didn’t care to ask for any help so finally, when I finally figured it out and use the different card, because the one card that I was using did have money on it, they made it seem like I was broke, and they laughed at me when I was walking out the door. I would never recommend this place is filthy customer service is horrible go to the one on Scarsdale and Beamer they are much better...

I dont usually leave reviews but service at this baking Robin's was amazing! Ordered a cake for Tuesday on monday afternoon, and hoping they would be able to fulfill the order in time, since u need 24 hours for cakes to be ordered, and they had it ready on time and done beautifully! They double checked the cake was mine with email confirmation and the guy even helped me with it back to my car, great service, will definitely order more...
