Kids Empire Houston Edgebrook — Attraction in Houston

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Kids Empire in Houston several times with my niece and nephew, and recently brought my own child along with a few of his friends. Every visit has been a fantastic experience, but this last one truly stood out!

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a fun, vibrant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free allowing my child and his friends to explore the play areas while I relaxed. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back and enjoy the experience without any worries.

One highlight was the amazing service we received from a staff member named Penelope. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and answered all our questions with a smile. Penelope’s enthusiasm and genuine care for the kids made the experience even more enjoyable. Both the kids and the parents absolutely adored her! It was clear she loves working there and truly enjoys helping families like ours, which made our time there feel extra special.

I recently visited Kids Empire at Edgebrook, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience for both my brother and me! The facility is clean, vibrant, and filled with endless fun activities that kept my little one entertained for hours. From climbing structures to slides and interactive play areas, it’s the perfect place for kids to burn off energy while parents can relax knowing they’re in a safe and well-maintained environment.

What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service we received from Jasmine. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Jasmine was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to explain the rules and answer all of our questions with a smile. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for families, and her positive attitude made our day even better.

Place was clean. However most of the lights in the back were out and the vertical lights on the right wall were ALL out, at least thats what the supervisor said. Around 9 pm one of the employees unlocked an area and HE went in to turn off lights in the playground, my kids were still playing. My 3 yr old was in the playground and my 7 yr in the lego area in the dark. I asked him to turned them back on and he did since they dint close until 10 pm and it was only 9! My concern is we have adults coming in and out and in the playground around other kids, this is a safety concern! If god forbid a child is being molested or hurt yall are making it easier for this kind of stuff to happen by turning off lights and us not being able to see what is going on!
