Two great stories to share. First, Shans installed carpet upstairs and downstairs in early 2014. They moved all the furniture, removed the builder carpet and "upgraded" pad and installed the new carpet with Healthy Choice pad, moved the furniture back, cleaned up, did a walk through to make sure everything was done correctly. Was done in a day and the job was fantastic! Family, friends, and guests have commented how super comfortable the carpet was, took off their shoes and they could see their footprint in the carpet; almost like it was memory foam. 6 years later, an inept and unprofessional moving company had packed a box with laundry supplies including packing a bottle of bleach without the cap on. They were unloading and took the box upstairs, dripping bleach drops on the carpet on parts of the stairs, part of the landing and part of a bedroom; essentially ruining the carpet. Shans came over and saw the damage and recommended taking the carpet from the master bedroom because the carpet was no longer being manufactured for the damaged areas. In the master, install a carpet that nearly matched the original carpet. The price was very fair. Shans also said that he would send a great crew that knows how to do this job. The crew showed up, saw what was needed to be done, immediately got to it, moved the furniture, master done, landing done, some steps on stairs done, cleaned up, put furniture back, confirmed everything was done right and gone. I typically do not post reviews however in this case my wife has literally asked me several times to share our story and experiences with Shan's carpet. I gotta say working with Sam's and his team was one of the best decision I've ever made on my flooring project. His team was very helpful and took the time to educate us on different type of materials, types, maintenance tips etc. since me and we were on a very tight budget.

The entire process of measurement, quote, purchase to scheduling, removal and installation were extremely smooth and this is exactly what we were looking for someone who is reliable enough to take over the project instead of having to deal with multiple vendors. Sam's quote was extremely competitive since we've already done our research prior to approaching him, so we immediately accepted his proposal and within a day or two, the installation was scheduled. His team of installers worked very efficiently and completed on time.
