Palace Inn Blue Edgebrook — Hotel in Houston

If you're looking for a safe place away from home, this is it. The staff is beyond excellent. These are people that have ONE top priority, having happy customers. From the owner, manager, front desk, maintenance and house keeping, they will all make you feel right at home. This location is brand new and it's kept that way. The rooms are SPOTLESS. The beds are super comfortable. ZERO bugs, ZERO bad smells and ZERO trash. Again, SPOT-LESS. Coming from someone who is OCD and germophobic. I learned about "Palace Inn" years ago. The location on Airport blvd. I used to work very long hours for Brinks Armored and a side job PPO/ Escort Security worked with Metro & Hpd "special events" I used to stop there and get some good rest, instead of driving all the way home. Front desk was always very respectful and treated me very well. This week our place got hit by lighting. Meaning, no electricity. I couldn't keep my 86 yr old mother there in those horrific conditions. It was unbearable (TOO HOT) for her. I decided to bring her here and I will let you all know that these people (Owner, manager and entire staff) were a complete blessing. Mom has Parkinson's and they all made us feel right at home. This place will make sure that our elderly are well taken care of. Made our entire situation so much easier. .I have traveled around the world and THIS place is on top of my list.

WOW 🤩 After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures I decided to take a chance & book & I AM AMAZED by the rooms decor. It makes you feel like you are at home in your room. I loveee the lighting over the bed, the shower just EVERYTHING this has to offer! I have NEVER stayed at anything ending with “INN” lol No seriously this is my 1st time ever & Thank you the OWNERS & STAFF FOR MAKING MY STAY HERE WORTH WHILE. It is beautiful & the price is not worth the room quality!!! This is better than what I’ve gotten at some of the Hyatt and holiday Inns honestly… And there is FREE Slushies, coffee, cappuccino, cereal ALL DAY in the building where you check in at … THESE are newly built and I hope and pray that when I return these are still well...

This was only 20 minutes from my venue at the convention center. I was greeted by a very friendly staff who was very accommodating. They cleaned a room so that I could have a free upgrade. Everything in the check-in area was clean and inviting. There was no chairs to sit down but I came there to sleep so it's okay. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were very clean.
