Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

Years ago I would come to the 14460 Houston, TX location with my family. Recently, within in the past month and a half, I started coming back... about 3 times within the past 1.5 months. The first time, the floor and tables were dirty. I thought maybe just a busy day. It was the same way the 2nd and 3rd time... just filthy. You can tell there is no cleaning being done. Even behind the counter on the floor, the top of the counter, where you pay... all filthy. I was the only customer and sat in the parking lot about 10 minutes before another customer went in. I thought I would nicely mention the lack of cleanliness to the "team lead", but she was very nonchalant, seemed uninterested, and her only response was "um hum". For a food establishment... the grime behind the counter and in front of the counter is absolutely unacceptable. DEFINITELY WILL NOT...

The service I received today was terrible. First of all the sign on the door says close at 8:30pm I get there at 8:07pm and the door is locked. So I knocked and refused to leave the a nice young man opens the door and says we are closed. I said the sign on the door says 8:30pm so I walked in and waited to be served. Another gentleman walks in and the young lady rushes to lock the door. So I asked why is the door locked if it's say 8:30pm and it's only 8:15pm bt this time. She says "It's not fault mam we have to get ready to close by 8:30pm " Well if your going to close whenever you want take the hours out of the window. This happens all the time at this location. I purchased ice cream from here today at 3:15. 2 pints of chocolate almond, 2 scoops of butter pecan and 2 scoops of cookies and cream! My son took two bites and immediately said his butter pecan tasted funny. He threw it away. My mom said her chocolate almond tasted old, so I tasted mine! I agreed with my mom it tasted weird and even the pecans had a weird texture! My youngest sons cookies and cream he has not eaten as of yet! At 5:45 I threw up all over my bed, my mom is in the potty with diarrhea, my son that ate his ice cream has diarrhea. I understand that being closed due to the pandemic may have gotten things out of wack! But this is unacceptable! I will be calling in...
