This Saturday, I had the most horrific experience at Whataburger on Hilcroft and Beltway… when visited, I typically order a salad and I did so that day… the Cobb Grilled Chicken Salad. Their drive thru had only a few vehicles in line but the wait was extremely beyond normal… anyway, I got my salad and my children’s meals and went on my way to the service station nearby. Before going into the service station I decided to nibble on my salad because I was starving. I begin to eat my salad… as I tossed it around I noticed something dark and unusual tucked under a few leaves.. of course by this point, I spit out the salad I was chewing on …At first the foreign item looked like some balled up braid hair but as I lifted it to examine it I realized it was a hair net. Talk about floored…and highly upset … I couldn’t believe it. This has never happened to me before. I took pics and zoomed back over to the Whataburger. I went inside and saw that the hairnets the workers were wearing was the exact dark brown one discovered in my salad (see photos) attached). The manager was quite surprised. She immediately took my salad and receipt to the back (I suppose her office). Minutes later, she came back to the front with a new receipt showing she had refunded my entire order and was very apologized…she didn’t have a reason or explanation for the matter. She said she has never experienced this as well. Nonetheless, this whole situation for me was just nasty and I won’t be returning… the district will be...
Read moreI ordered a Whataburger meal dry, with no mustard, no mayo and forgot to request both buns to be toasted. I asked if they could do so, instead of giving me new, toasted burger buns; they just took the orginal burger buns that were soggy from the vegetables off, toasted it, placed it back on the burger and rewrapped it using the same wrapper that was super greasy. I checked the returned burger again and notice what they did. I stood in line, a second time, I requested if they could just simply remake the entire burger which they did. The new burger was sat on the counter instead of being handed to me like it was before. Again, this second burger was made with mustard and I specifically requested it dry, no mustard, no mayo. At this point, I figured they would never make my order correctly, so, I just left with the improperly made burger. Neither the cashier (Esther O.) nor a manager apologized for the inconvenience. No one said anything to me. Once I made it home and actually opened the burger to reheat it, I noticed the burger patty was grey!! This burger looked absolutely disgusting!! I threw it away. I should've listened to the reviews for this location. I'll NEVER come to this...
Read moreTerrible customer service every time! Never fails to disappoint!! Manager does not know how to follow instructions or communicate properly. This is the closest location to me and the main reason I frequent whataburger ALOT LESS. If they arent messing up an order, they are giving terrible customer service if its not the terrible customer service, its the extreme wait times and I know whataburger is busy but for you to pull me to the side and have 4-5 cars behind me pass me up and i have to drive around to ask for a refund and the Manager still refused me a refund! And thought an apple pie would make it ok! I told him NO I WANT A REFUND! He just kept walking away saying its almost done its almost done. I still had to wait longer inside!! While i watched more and more cars in the drive thru leave!! I waited about 35-40 minutes total! I DONT EVEN LIKE APPLE PIE! Terrible management and im not even surprised because I’ve worked for whataburger in which they also had TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Congratulations you’ve officially lost a customer for life! I hope you...
