There is no way this location can be so great and other times just flat out awful! On November 25, 2024 around 1:20pm, I went thru the drive thru and the lady asked me if I wanted to try the big box? I asked her what's in the big box? She answered and I couldn't understand her because her English was heavily accented. I asked her to repeat what she said and she turned the order box off, came back and said how can I help you? I drove out of the line and went to another location. A person with an attitude like that can't prepare food for me. This is not the first time something similar to this has happened at this location and I was crazy enough to try them again. Employees that do not speak English well should not be on the window communicating with people that speak English. That way the employee will not get frustrated when helping customers who are trying to buy your product! Employees at this location seams angry, tired, and are not pleasant to customers. They don't say thank you after giving you your order. They appear to get irritated when I ask for a receipt. Do they not understand economics? If the customers stop buying what Popeyes is offering they will not have a job? You don't treat people any old kind of a way and think they will return to rudeness. I will go out of my way to avoid going back to this location. The owner of this franchise needs to visit and observe what is happening at their place of business. Have a secret shopper. Just try to make it a better place. Not just existing. You will have to...

I wanted to add an update for 4/2/2025 After my last experience I wanted to give this place a second chance. So I order the 2 price special a biscuit and red beans and rice. After eating them I left and drove about 4 blocks before immediately threw up the red beans and rice. I don't know what they are doing with their food for me to vomit up but that was the last straw. Never again.

The standards of this place has really fallen. The light skin curly haired guy playing cashier seems like he has 2 brain cells. One being he slabbing his pants, touching his stomach after while handling people's food. I had to come back because I paid for a large red beans and rice but was only given a regular. I told the guy that to his face and he still screwed up the order. And then when he gave it to me 10 minutes later, he was acting so suspicious I swear he did something to the food. Wouldn't you think so after he questions you then tries to fist bump you after touching over his body while handling your food? So after bringing the food home, I noticed the red beans he gave me smelled quite different from the original small red beans they gave me. I swear this child pisses in my food. And I was professional with him, never raised my voice only expressed my concern over the wrong order. Never...

My nerves have been shot and erked. Fortunately, for them a star has to be chosen, OTHERWISE... Well firstly, I don't live very close to this Popeyes, so that's gas being used and my time to drive there. When I get there, mind you an hour before they close, the line is already unreasonable, looking as though it's not moving steadily as it should, at all, which coming to realize that they are literally taking there time, asking every car pulling up to wait for a few minutes. Obviously, because they're intentionally trying to stall, in order for them to not be responsible for dropping anymore fresh chicken for the lot of patrons they had waiting, secondly. Thirdly, 40 minutes later, when I actually do get to the intercom to place my order, of course I'm asked to wait, then after 3 mins of waiting I'm told that they only have mild tenders and sides left. As if they're not still open and had many more cars behind me. Yet, because of laziness and selfishness I and many people as well could not purchase what we specifically journeyed to this specific Popeyes and waited in line to purchase.
