Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I know that every restaurant struggles from time to time during rush but this location of taco Bell just failed on a three peat. First I walk in and notice a difficulty in processing my order okay normal everyday occurrence. but then I go to fill my drink and realize there are multiple flavorings in the machine that are out of syrup and apparently nobody available to come and remedy the situation. Then I make a trip while waiting for my food to the restroom and encounter one of the filthiest public restrooms you could possibly imagine, again notably unaddressed when communicated to employees. The last but not least topping on the cake would be that taco Bell employees are taught to wrap certain products in a way that they do not come apart in people's hands, this was the third and final failure for my visit to...

I had an issue with how an employee tone of voice wasn’t welcoming, very short and almost rude so I wrote to online customer service about it. Then a GM named Cedric called me from it seem like his personal number. I returned the called and he seemed to only want to know what happened so that he could defend her actions that he obviously seen nothing wrong. He said he was there at the time, and he reviewed the cameras, and that she’s been there for 4 years and NEVER had a this problem ect ect. She was the same way today with a friend of mine who knew nothing of the situation. So again. I’ll say she needs to work on her tone of voice and how she talks to people. I ordered a number nine which consists of a Mexican pizza and two tacos Supremes and two regular tacos. I received one taco supreme and I wasn't sure but I overheard the drive-through cashier being upset and giving a look to the person who prepared the food. I only checked to see if I have the right amount of tacos but when I got home there are only regular tacos in the bag and the person who prepared the food apparently didn't care. I have had several occasions with this particular location where my food is prepared improperly or the order was incorrect. I will no longer visit this location.
