Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve noticed that no matter how nice you are to some of the workers they’ll still give you bad quality cones and give you mediocre at best treatment if you’re obviously a student from the school in front. Ive tested this theory over the course of the 4 years of my school career and every time i show up in my uniform they go to the back and give me the STALEST cone they could possibly find and most of the staff are very rude, and condescending. The times I’ve gone there without my uniform and with my parents they give me the cones from the front. Today I went and the guy working there didn’t seem to care about providing at least somewhat decent customer service. He had a very stern face during the whole interaction and when i POLITELY asked for some cherries he denied there being any. I returned half and hour later with my dad and to my surprise the person infront of us had a cup with a cherry on top 🤨. thankfully this time 2 other kind polite women helped us and I asked them if they had cherries and they said they did. Which is really weird because what’s the reason for lying🤨 I asked the really nice young girl who the manager is and she pointed to the guy who had just been rude to me. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a MANAGER. I thought a managers job was to provide friendly and welcoming customer service. Hope he gets fired 💋and people from my school stop going because not only is the service SUBPAR but so is the ice cream and the cleanliness. I literally saw a roach right...

First off the hours are confusing, it says they are open til 10, but the sign on the door says 4:30. Secondly they don’t let you try any flavors not even one. Third it’s not welcoming they have all the tables and chairs out up which is weird cuz isn’t this supposed to be an ice cream shop where you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream before it melts? Fourth I REALLY didn’t like how she so quickly said no to my request for trying ice cream, I’ve never had this before and for me to not be able to try it first is a little sketchy. Downloaded the app and got free ice cream cone with my fiance twice! First time was great. Super pleasant super clean and good customer service . The second time everyone was rude and stared as they pointed and giggled, horrible customer service the lady couldn't even figure out how to do their own free app for their own store for their own free gives away, so we got the ice cream free and kept our freer coupon for ice cream cone so we therefore have another free ice cream trip to baskin robins! We will be attending a new one this time lol....
