10 out of 10 experience. I was shopping for my wedding outfit and had a general idea of what I wanted to get, but Christian at Suit Supply knew how to get me to my final vision. The whole time I was at Suit Supply, Christian never made me feel self conscious with all the questions I had, and he thoroughly explained all the options available to me. He provided everything I needed to get fitted for my tux, and the whole experience was super seamless. I had booked an hour appointment with him, the honestly the whole hour flew because of how much fun I was having.
Outside the experience of getting fitted, I really really liked their suit quality. It is on the more expensive side, especially for custom suits, but you pay for what you get. I would highly recommend Suit Supply Houston for anyone in the market for a new suit, but doesn't know where to start.
Because Suit Supply already had my measurements for my wedding tux, I was able to easily buy another custom suit without any extra frills. All I had to do was pick my customizations and accessories and I was on my way. Knowing this, I'm definitely going to be buying a suit once every few months from them without having to go in every single time.

Read moreI have purchased from Suitsupply before and the clothes and quality of clothing are good but the customer service at the River Oaks location was terrible. I entered the store with my wife and son, knowing exactly what I needed, but I was not greeted by ANYONE. Not so much as a head nod and hello. After a few minutes of browsing, I finally had to go get one of the MANY reps that were walking the floor myself. I asked for a specific item and she said that she would see if they had the size. I continued browsing but I could not help but notice that every other potential customer that walked in the store was being assisted. I'm not sure if it was the color of my skin but I have nothing else to blame it on. After about 20 minutes of never even being notified if they had my size or not, I put my other item back and left the store. Extremely upset and disappointed in the service that myself, and by the looks of the reviews, others have received. I don't want a message about "making an appointment", I was purchasing 2 shirts! I don't make an appointment anywhere to purchase a shirt! I want the actual issue addressed. I was super excited to learn about this place. However, came up short on custom made items. IN realizing the items did not fit, I reached out to the store and spoke with JR. I explained that I wanted to setup an appointment to review the issue. Apparently, this was beneath him that I didn't know about the company website. Furthermore, I needed to go online to do this. In response, I stated that I didn't know or I wouldn't be calling with the request.
In short, this would be my first and last experience with this group. There are far to many other companies with better leadership and communication skills that would work with you when you are spending large amounts of funds for work suits.
To add, I reached out to the online customer service to obtain the regional director's information and/or request call back. I was told that his private information could not be made available.
It is a shame that we can't all have the supreme service level that the The Woodlands, TX store offers. Maybe the Westheimer store could take some notes. Oh and JR,...
