A very nice looking park. I enjoyed looking at the trees, the sky (it was partly cloudy with cumulus clouds), and we even saw an angel who manifested in the clouds. I think it was fake though. They might fool some but I seen real angels before. The weather was a little warm for my son (he has a sensitive thyroid which I believe may cause him to carry a few extra pounds. Warm places can make him sweat. Sweat is a trigger for us both. I know it's hard to rely on mother nature so I was going to give the park a 5 star rating. I went to press the post bottom when Jeb asked "what are those squirrels doing"? I am a lady and will save you all the awful details, but there was two squirrels (of the same sex) doing unnatural and salacious squirrel business like it was one of those shows in Mexico but with squirrels, and baby bottles substituted for beer. NIMBY! I ordered signs with pictorial message to every creature, as I'm sure others were influenced by the squirrel-s** show (I saw two turtles sitting like 3 inches apart on this log, when there was at least 5 foot of log available. Birds were chirping a song by a well known HS!) Will consider a return if: suspected squirrels are sequestered and exorcised of sins and possess considerate compunction and/or fitted with chastity shorts (I'm willing to provide my sewing expertise here. I don't want to get PETA started again about rodent castrations); fans are installed every 6 ft as advised by perambulation-persperation experts; logs be cut to one-turtle length. God...

I only take time to review places that I feel people will benefit because either I saved them from the terrible experience or they read my review and visit a place they will make their own memories. I really like this park but this past weekend my daughter had her birthday party at this park and needless to say this will be our first and last birthday party at a park. Our guest all has children under the age of 5 and when asked if there was a restroom we said yes but little did we know it was locked!!! So please help me understand why did we pay to reserve this space that has yellow caution tape as my back drop and no working restrooms? Very disappointed. It make more sense to arrive unannounced take the 4 deck tables and no need to pay 35$ for a reservation. Just giving those who are thinking of renting for a...

I love this park because it has restrooms nearby (they get locked later in the evening though around 5-6 p.m.) and the playground itself is made for younger children which I love since I have a 3 & 4 year old that need constant close supervision. The size of the playground and safety measures allows for some leisurely parent/supervisor downtime to sit and read a book, catch up with friends, phone time or whatever indulges your mind. The park is fenced in and the door has a nearly child-proof lock so that's a relief. There's wishing trees nearby where anyone can leave a written wish or wishes on provided paper tags that hang on the trees and a small library box outside of the playground where one can bring a book donation and take home a new book in exchange for the donation. Bring a book,...

The park playground is completely fenced in with multiple slides and swings as well as an open area with grass. The park is pretty shaded with tree coverage and there are neat features like a pumpkin coach and a xylophone. There are also four tennis courts, sand volleyball and a small basketball court. The park itself is fairly large but the fenced in playground area is smallish (but a nice enough size). It has plenty of benches. A really nice park overall with creative playground features.

Lovely tree lined park right in between an urban part of town, which allows for an escape from the hustle and bustle. The onsite restrooms are good to have especially when visiting with children. They have 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball and jogging trails, along with a wonderful fully fenced in playground for kids to play without parents having to worry much.
