Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

I had ordered ice cream from them via delivery three separate occasions for my children. Each of those three separate occasions they messed up on the order. In the first order, they put peanut butter M&Ms (this was not an option online) instead of plain M&Ms (what was requested). I am thankful my child did not have a peanut allergy.

On the second and third occasions they flat out got the orders wrong. I reached out to the ownership of the store and I received no attempt to contact me back. I had hoped they would so I didn't have to write this review but clearly they did not care. Hence the one star and I will not deal with their franchise...

Very bad service. Came at 9:30. 30 mins before closing time. Got told not to sit inside since tables were just cleaned. I had a child with me and a pregnant women with me. The young lady was rude and told us to sit outside since she just cleaned. I have never heard someone declining customers to sit down at an open restaurant. Cleaning should be after hours not during, where we have the right to sit inside. She told me to clean if i was going to sit there. We left and she followed us out. She was really rude. Bought the smallest 2-4 person birthday cake. The sticker said $16.99. The cashier told me prices went up and said it was $20.99. I told her this cake and others of the same size, all had a $16.99 sticker. She said there was nothing to do. It was my Mom's birthday today so I had to buy it. But this cake was overpriced and the cashier wouldn't even ask a manager. They should have honored the sticker price. A slice of that cake is over $5.00 that can't be right.
