Now let’s really talk about how poor the service is here and most of the reviews are horrible. This is the CLOSEST Popeyes to me. But I promise I will absolutely never come here again. I just left this establishment and I just can’t believe how you charge me $31 and you repeated my order back to me multiple times I corrected you multiple times on how it was wrong and they couldn’t get the order right and still attempted to give me food I did not order, + I ordered a 8 piece nugget combo and DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE MY DRINK. While I’m checking my food in the driveway I notice my 6 piece sweet and spicy wings aren’t in there. I told the employee MAM you took my order you heard me say 6 sweet and spicy chicken and it’s not here she shut the window and went and made it. Once she handed it over to me I told her like are y’all serious y’all are lacking that much custom service babe??????? I told her that’s not right on any levels. I’m not receiving this food for free. I am spending my hard earned money on this. I asked the lady for her name in which she was very hesitant to give me her name she said it was LESLIE BUT WHO KNOWS IF THATS HER NAME. The MANAGER there was a Hispanic man with a strong accent of course he wouldn’t provide his name so that’s how I must describe him, I got multiple meals and they gave me 1 BBQ sauce and I mean 1. I asked for 2 or 3 more BBQ sauce and the manager said only 1 BBQ comes with multiple orders of chicken I asked him how is that possible he came over to the window & said “NO MORE SERVICE FOR YOU” 😭😭😭😭. Little do they know I am fully bilingual but of course they don’t know that because I speak Spanish, I am BLACK but I speak Spanish. I took time to learn Spanish over the course of 10 years so I do not discriminate but this Popeyes has employees who don’t not speak enough English to understand what you even order. I run multiple dentist offices and know a lot about customer service. I really wish I would of recorded this entire transaction because it would of shown how incompetent these people were, it would have shown how much customer service the lack. I promise next time I go to any fast food places I’m going to be recording everything because this is absolutely ridiculous how these people actually have jobs. I will be disputing this with my bank and will get ALL of my money back. I also will be reaching out to headquarters about this in particular Popeyes, they really tried the RIGHT ONE TODAY. Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Popeyes. I just moved to the area and decided to try out this location. I placed an online order and waited for 15 mins. I went to the restaurant to get the order. Went to the drive thru and waited five minutes at speaker to speak to someone. No one came on. Someone happened to walk out the back and then walked around to the window to tell them someone was here. They finally got on and I told them I had an online order. They said to pull around. I pulled around and the guy who opened the window said what do you want. I told him yet again I’m here for my online order. He said they are out of apple pies. I told him okay but since I paid online it needs to be refunded. He said he would need to get the manager. The manager Lester comes up and asks what’s the problem. I told him about the wait and also them being out of pie. Since that’s the case it needs to be refunded. He said no they have pie they don’t have Cajun rice. I said that’s not what I was just told. The other guy who came to the window was behind Lester laughing and making faces to all of the staff. I told them this is a huge mess. I asked foresters name and a card. He gave me his name and said no for a card. He rolled his eyes and said I needed to pull to the front to wait for my order. Read moreSo why did I order food online I pulled up to get it and these people forced me to sign a document for delivery drivers I repeatedly told them I was not a delivery driver it was for my food. This woman then proceeded to call the other girl in Spanish she comes to window and says it’s to verify that your order is correct. I had to question life at that point because why would I sign this and I have not received my food so after I said that she says you can sign after you get the food. So I read the paper the paper CLEARLY STATES DELIVERY DRIVER. I went ahead and signed it but I counted every piece of chicken because they are known to screw up my order and the killing point I never complain but then again I do not frequent them often and by the time I realize they usually have screwed it up I’m already at home.
