El Mango Loko — Restaurant in Houston

Update ::: Service is getting worst . I understand its busy but they literally forgot me on the line. They told me to hold one minute that they would take my order. 9 minutes later i could hear them talking among them selves and would not come back to me. So whats the point of offering to go if you cant call in advance to pick up your order. I know some of you may ask why would you hold on the line for almost ten minutes well thats literally the time it takes me to get to the shop i wanted to see what would take longer waiting on the phone or actually showing up and ordering in the shop. Then when i placed my SMALL order and i told the lady that she could tell who ever had me on hold to hang up that i had ordered (clearly to state my discontent). The young lady did not even apologize or anything. I understand it may not be her fault but that its not the person you want on the front lines dealing with your customers. First time I came here and only because I came across it while lost in a neighborhood... looked so good by the menu options... My family asked for about 4 different things to which they were out.. I decided to get a strawberry snowcone to which it looked so good. But once I tried it tasted like water with red food coloring. I asked for a chicharron preparado with no onion to which the guy stated he couldn't do that.. so I asked for some hot chips with cheese, to which he said they were out of cheese. We asked for tacos to which he said they were out of meat. To which I ended up asking for Ramen Noodles. Let's say it was the best thing...

The stuff are very disorganized and slow with the orders. I was the first in line to order two corns then about 5 or 6 people behind me order other stuff, by the way the lady behind me order about 10 things or so since she was with about 5 children, she had her order before and that wasn't a phone call order since she was behind me ordering, then the other person got her order too, so I was like what's going on with my order? I go back to the order window and asked Where's my order? They lost my order paper slip when I had to pay for it, this is unacceptable... Never going back to that place,...
