Awful customer service for a "quality" pawn shop. Just tried to bring in a very nice Jamis Commuter race bike and after waiting for a minute a lady working there asked if she could help me. I told her I was trying to sell a nice racing bike, and without even coming outside to look at the expensive, hardly-used bike, she told me "oh we're carrying too many bikes right now so all we can do is buy them for $10....What in the world kind of thinking is that? You have too many bikes yet you're willing to buy more but for only $10? I went and saw the bikes outside and none of them were EVEN close to the quality of my bike. The only one's that did compare were two that were inside, so before speaking to her had a pretty good idea the kind of money I would ask for which was about 1/3 the original price but nope don't even bother to look at it lady just offer me $10. Maybe try investing in more quality bikes/less crappy ones. Was my first experience here and will definitely be my last. The Valu-Pawn across the street is MUCH more friendly and reasonable, which is why they seem to ALWAYS have more business. I never write reviews, but this experience was...

TERRIBLE SERVICE , I came by the other day and their rep Johnathan treated me horribly , I understand sometimes people have bad days but he had an attitude from the get go and it seemed like he didn’t want to help out, I picked out an item I knew what I came for and I was not at all disrespectful he wanted to charge me more than what the actual price was on the tag that is put by them, I didn’t even try to haggle and he said on his system it said it was more but that can’t be true because why would it have a set price on the shelve? I know how pawn shops work and they’re used to costumers haggling but I did not do that and he wanted to charge me 50 dollars more than what the price said. This place is either running a scam lying to costumers so they pay even more than the already marked up price or this rep is stealing from them. Left my DVD player here cam back and got it the next week. I work a lot so I didn't pay attention they never gave me back rca cord back. So I called to let them know I'm coming down there for a 5-10$ cord but it's extremely annoying having to go out and by another as I'm about to watch a movie. He lady on the other end in whom I just got off the phone with at 7:35pm 11/14/2017 said we pack all items given together.
