Pros: Clean Friendly service I’ve visited maybe 4 times and all the staff members are kind My order is a matcha fresh milk with almond milk 50% sugar and tapioca. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and more boba than most bubble tea cafes

Possible Cons: • The matcha could be stronger • Slightly more expensive than other bubble tea shops in Chinatown but they’re in a convenient location for me • Service is generally fast but if you visit around 4pm on a weekday there will likely be a wait (no more than 20 mins) as a lot of school kid will visiting • Potentially a place to study/work from but there is limited seating (I think 3 or 4 seats) so I’d recommend visiting...
