Bob's Deli Station — Restaurant in Houston

I went in because I saw positive reviews at this place, and it doesn't impress. The cheeseburger I had was okay it was cooked well, but the meat started falling apart and the bacon and cheese wasn't placed evenly over the burger. Also, this was pretty funny, the cashier offered jalapenos for my burger, and what actually got was a whole jalapenos to bite into. The drinks were that good the machine wasn't working properly. And the place overall wasn't too clean or anything, it was just sort of messy and there's just a cashier and the cook working there and it wasn't packed so there was time to clean up the mess they just didn't do it. Would I go there again? Probably not especially because i ended up paying $8 for a so-so burger, fries that were burnt on the bottom and okay on the top they weren't salted properly, and a beverage that I ended up throwing it away, so no I wouldn't...

The cashier working was super sweet and recommended their two popular meals, the #1 or #8. I chose the #1 and it was one of the best decisions I made all week. The fries were not only made-to-order, but also golden and crispy. The hamburger bun was super soft, and the burger itself was almost the size of my hand. If Bob’s Deli keeps up with the consistency, then they will be an amazing alternative to Whataburger. Very friendly owners, as soon as you walk in, they greet you with a smile. The burgers are seasoned really well, and the prices are average compared to a chain restaurant. I ordered a double meat cheese burger with bacon and avocado, with a side of fries and a large drink. The burger by itself would have been more than enough to satisfy my appetite. The burger would give most places a run for their money. I will definitely return to this establishment. ...
