State Bar of Texas Grievance — Local services in Houston

I agree with everything I had read FROM the other reviews the STATE BAR OF TEXAS IS A DISGRACE AND DOORS SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY.

I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST ATTORNEYS SUBMITTED SUPPORTING EVIDENCE AND COINCIDED IT WITH THE DISCIPLINARY RULES THAT ATTORNEYS ARE TO COMPLY WITH AND THEY FAILED TO DISCIPLINE THE ATTORNEYS.

WE HAVE CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS WORKING IN PLACES SUCH AS STATE BAR OF TEXAS 'STATE COMMISSION OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT USING AND ABUSING THEIR AUTHORITY AS LOADED WEAPON AGAINST JUSTICE .

I BELIEVE IF JUSTICE IS PUT BACK IN PLACES THAT SOME OF THESE CRIMES MAY CEASE.

YOU HAVE CORRUPT ATTORNEYS, THE STATE BAR OF TEXAS IS CORRUPT , CORRUPT JUDGES, STATE COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT IS CORRUPT , NO JUSTICES IN COURT SYSTEM, AND IT'S SAD, THE SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO ALLOW INDIVIDUALS JUSTICE HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS.

IT IS MY PRAYER THAT WE GET JUSTICE BACK IN THE COURT ROOM ..

AND IT IS PRAYER THAT THESE CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE TAKEN THE JUSTICE FROM THE COMPLAINT PROCESS SUCH AS STATE BAR OF TEXAS AND STATE COMMISSION OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT ,THE COURT ROOM THAT THESE SUCH INDIVIDUALS ARE HELD LEGUALLY LIable FOR THEIR...

The state bar is a disgrace. They only cater to the attorneys. My son's attorney did him a complete injustice after stealing our money because he didn't even earn 1% of what he took fom us in fees. He was completely irresponsible and ineffective, yet the bar sided with him! It's all a sham, they act like they are providing a service to the people, they are merely laughing at our complaints ad heartaches that we send in to them! It also doesn't sit well with me that the attorney in question gets to read what we complained about but we never get to see their response!!! I think the Bar does us a great disservice by having the "big advertising picture" on its website advertising grievances. A small notice in the main part of the page would be adequate. You make it look like that is the most pressing issue related to the bar and that we all operate dishonestly. We pay our dues to have the bar SUPPORT us, not knock us down. While a working grievance mechanism supports those attorneys who do their work honestly, a big add urging people to "turn your lawyer in" does not. It just shows how disconnected the State Bar is from...
