Worst experience ever. I decided to go to burger to grab dinner for the night. I said my order twice at the speaker box and the worker didn’t hear me. I understood because we were next to a busy freeway so i told I will come to the window and out in my order. Mind you this is not my first time doing this due to the situation of the store being next to the freeway. Instead of coming to the window and taking my order. The worker thought it would be best to take the order of the two ppl behind me and then come to the window to tell me that she can only take orders at the speaker box. I told her I came around to the window because you couldn’t hear me. She tells me I can hear you but I couldn’t understand you. Ummmm for that reason I am here. I ask her to speak with a manger and she said she is one. Then I asked her as a manger are you refusing to take my order and she said that she cannot take orders at the window. Maybe it’s just me but as her being the manager I expected a different answer than received due to me simply being a customer and trying to order a meal. The manager refused to take my order and proceeded to take another person order behind me. I have never had an experience like this this. I don’t do reviews often but this experience warranted one. Read moreTruly inferior menu compared to Wendy, Whataburger, or McD -- pretty high prices even with coupons or in-app deals yet very BLAND cooking techniques that I think belong in the 1980's, whereas Whataburger especially "locks in the flavor and juices" and they or Wendy innovated the best with crunchy-mexi burger options and more. McD currently (2023 summer) had the best in-app deals day after day - not for only "your first order" deals. At THIS LOCATION, the staff often delay orders because they didn't coordinate the drive thru and counter queues or other, repeated confusions. They also charge for the sauce "tubs" unless you ordered their nuggets whereas the nearest Whataburger on Westheimer welcomes you to take 2 or even 3 if you ordered just one burger! This location 50% of the times spills the lettuce all over, outside of the bun & uses way too much mayo (as Hispanics who LIVED south of Texas can tell you, we (especially Ticos) use WAY more mayo than Anglos or Chicanos prefer), then they don't even SPREAD the mayo or onions etc evenly across the top of the burger -- other times they omit the pickles or other tastes without it requested, just inconsistent depending on who was working that shift.

I order a double hamburger no cheese 2 of them. But was only given and charged one.
Here’s the fun part, the burger I did get did not feel fresh well the bun the part seem ok but okay.
3 Hours later, guess what. I got sick vomits and diarrhea all over the place. Mind this was yesterday and I ordered the burger 2 days ago.
Based on a app I downloaded to find out what symptoms this is about and found in short or in 3rd grade language, STOMACH VIRUS🤬 Thank god I feel better because if I didn’t not, it would got back to this location anyway.
Please handle food right and ensure all ingredients are in good freshness to be consumed.
