Check your bill carefully! They are intentionally ripping off customers!
When I asked for cheese on my burger, the female taking my order charged me for heavy cheese instead of just cheese. I caught this and she adjusted it because it had been a $1 upcharge instead of a 50-cent upcharge.
When I got to the window, the person there handed me a massive soda. The menu at the ordering microphone says the soda and fries that come with a meal are small.
I said, "What size is this?"
He said, "You ordered a medium." I told him I ordered a regular-size meal, did not ask for an upgrade, and did not want to pay for one. He had to get a manager to refund me another 50 cents. It's not a huge difference, but 50 cents here and there adds up and it speaks volumes about the integrity of the people working the window and the management if they are intentionally overcharging guests on a regular basis.
I do not know if 50 cents was even the correct refund amount because I was not provided with an itemized receipt, and I feel that my overall bill of $17 was high for a regular size impossible whopper meal and a kid's chicken nugget meal.
The food was fine, but not great. They do not sell coke zero or chocolate milk and the milkshake machine was broken.
Update: I was definitely still overcharged. I looked online at their prices and my entire order should have been less...
Read moreI don't get Burger King very often so havent rated before, but after recent incidents I feel I need to. This second time the drive-thru worker was very rude when we first ordered and then became even more rude and agressive when they messed up our food. He made fun of us for removing toppings and sighed when we tried to just say no cheese and no lettuce. Then when we got the burger with cheese and pulled back through to say I'm sorry they came with cheese, he then argued about saying we never said no cheese and what toppings it had pointing it out in my face when we got to the window. I tried to explain we were just unhappy about the cheese and hoped to get a burger no cheese due to being lactose intolerant, but he yelled and closed the window on me. I have had bad service before but never a person so rude and argumentative when just trying to get a hamburger without cheese and lettuce. It was very awkward and unpleasant, and honestly made me want to drive further and out of the way to a different location now if I ever want Burger King. I honestly almost recommend going elsewhere if late at night as one of the workers has done this rude service twice now at night when I have gone. There used to be a more usual manager who is very friendly, but when it is this other worker he seems to hate his night shift and decides to take it out...
Read moreThis is arguably one of the worst Burger Kings In the city of Houston. I go here almost every day to get my breakfast or lunch for work. And almost every time there is a problem with my order. I ask for no eggs on the croissant... they still put eggs on them. They rush at the window and Only hear what they want to hear. I go here literally almost everyday I could have wrote this review a long time ago. But today was different I pull up to the drive-thru tell her my order as it is the same as every single time. I honestly don't know how she doesn't remember it by now nor remember my face, but I say a 2 for 4 ham and cheese croissants no eggs please. She continues to ask me if I didn't want cheese on the croissants sandwiches I had to repeat myself two times NO EGGS!!! She says she understands tells me how much my order is and to pull forward to the next window. Well when I get to work and get ready to eat one of my sandwiches as I'm opening it I notice it has ham eggs and no cheese... I know it's Burger King so I shouldn't expect much for customer service and all of that but still these people can't even get a simple order right they can't even listen the easiest thing to do at that job is probably LISTEN!! But they cant...
