I am extremely particular about my health and physical state. I ensure to practice healthy lifestyle habits to maintain not just my internal physical state but my external appearance as well. I believe in preventative methods and the utilization of products and services that will reflect how hard I work to be healthy. My face in particular, it is our imprint to the world and people around us. I visited another establishment before I had ever gone to the "Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique" I went to that establishment since it is a highly recognized and reputable place not to mention in a high end part of town here in Houston. I was assured that their quality would be excellent, so I thought it would be worth my investment, considering I am willing to pay for the quality of service I am receiving. The lady that worked with me performed Botox in some areas of my face she was nice and reassured me it was going to look great. Not to mention she had several years of experience, I didn't have a reason to doubt or trust in her. Unfortunately the results were awful I was devastated and felt like my face was completely converted into someone else. I had trouble smiling and had discomfort and headaches due to the massive amount that was applied, I didn't want to leave the house my facial expressions had completely diminished, it was painful to laugh and I had trouble even putting on my mascara. months later I came to be referred to Veronica Jones, not only was I immediately taken a back by her beauty, but her kindness and her ability to comfort me was a breath of fresh air. She took her time to consult with me and listened to my concerns, she made suggestions and gave me examples and reasoning behind where and how much Botox she was applying. She wanted to make sure I felt beautiful when I left there. During the process she talked with me and asked me about myself and what was important to me she wanted to get to know me, I wasn't just a number or being rushed in and out. She told me it has always been her dream to make sure every person feels as beautiful as they want and she wanted to be a part of making people feel their best. She is very bright also we talked about her background she had a bachelors degree and wasn't happy so she went back to school to get her nursing degree also graduating with honors, she said she was committed to being a part of the beauty industry and loves making people happy.!!! The procedure she completed on me was hands down the best I've ever had she targeted areas I was even unaware of and didn't try to up sell me she made suggestions and I couldn't have been more happy she is amazing and so was the team assisting her in the the process. The reason for the 5 stars is because of Emily and Alan. The boutique itself would receive a 3 star review at best for customer service and service recovery.

I go to Mirror/Mirror because of the Botox nurse, Emily and the cheerfulness of the front desk manager, Alan. On days when Alan is not there, the whole atmosphere shifts.

I previously had Botox at Mirror/Mirror with a different nurse who did a very poor job. After this, I will only see Emily. Unfortunately, at my last visit, it looked as though I may be ten minutes late to my appointment, and possibly may have missed the appointment due to a wreck. My appointment was the last of the day before clinic closed, as I am also a nurse and was rushing after the close of my own clinic that day, a clinic, by the way, that offers Dysport at a dramatically reduced price for me with a wonderful aesthetician! But I am loyal to Emily bc she is the absolute best!

I called to let the office know and was told the $100 cancellation fee would be enforced, despite the fact that I am a regular patient who spends thousands of dollars a year. I did not end up missing the appointment after all; I made it.

Story break: if Alan had answered my call, I assure you his voice would’ve said, “Thank you for calling Mrs. Medley, and please be safe.” His customer service skills are stellar!

I let the manager know that for an upscale clinic in River Oaks, one that provided concierge cosmetic care, and in a pandemic at that, that I expected better. As a patient, as a client, and out of customer loyalty, it was important for me to let them know that Emily is the reason I choose Mirror/Mirror. Once again, Emily Zimmerman, made her artistic talent come to life via my face!!! I am so grateful she is at Mirror Mirror! She is so incredibly talented I could picture her in LA doing this for the rich and famous but thank goodness she’s here, in the Lone Star State!!!

Emily is so much fun to be around and so incredibly talented! I cannot rave enough about this woman! While having Botox and fillers FINALLY done, she makes it feel like you’re hanging out with your best friend & jamming to music! I thought it would be very painful but it wasn’t and that’s because I was nicely numbed up, then given ice packs to put on as soon as she was done! I am so impressed (once again) and can’t believe I waited so long to have it done but whatever, woohoo!!!

You can instantly see a difference while she’s doing it and she lets you have a mirror for looking or watching or whatever! I am SO incredibly happy with the results!!! I cannot wait for the final results, when I can put on make up and look so much younger!!!

Dr. Vitenas is the very best and clearly only hires the best!!! I know from having the pleasure of being around him that he doesn’t settle for anything but pure excellence! It definitely shows in his work and staff.
