A while ago I went to this place at approximately 1:30pm 'I ordered the #4 without soda' but this time they were giving it to me more expensive' because on Tuesday I went and bought the #4 just the hamburger and fries and I only paid $9 and the manager told me that they didn't charge me for the potatoes 'that they don't give anything away' well I'm not going to get a free gift I'm going to buy and it's not my problem if they didn't charge me for the potatoes on Tuesday' this manager who is in This time on June 27th at 1:30pm - he didn't even apologize. He only told me that they were not for gifts' and after buying only hamburgers #4 - he went to the window and looked at them giving me soda and I saw the bag and inside there were potatoes' I thought that the manager had compensated me for her bad attitude or for Whatever, it turns out that I only paid $17 for 2 hamburgers - and I got 4 mini BBQ hamburgers - and this happened while the manager was there.    Read moreI do not normally have a bad experience when I go to this particular location but today I did not receive a survey code on the bottom of my receipt. Without the survey code I cannot redeem the coupon on the back of the receipt. When I attempted to call the restaurant it took 10 times of recalling over again for them to pick up the phone. When I asked the man at the restaurant how I could redeem the coupon without the survey code he acted as if he did not know what I was talking about no matter how many times I tried to describe it to him. I asked him also has anyone ever tried to redeem the coupon on the back of the receipt for the survey they took at this restaurant ever before. He said he did not know what I was talking about and that is basically all he would say. If you are going to offer a coupon on the back for a survey and require a survey code perhaps maybe you should print that survey code on the bottom of the damn receipt otherwise it's useless as apparently so is part of the staff in their knowledge of really common things they should know about if they have worked there ever before for like even a week.    Read moreOrdered a bundle asked for NO tomatoes, NO onions (due to some unable to eat onions without getting sick) and asked for mustard and mayo on side. Well, what we got was lots of onions and the biggest tomato slices ive ever seen. And no mayo or mustard anywhere. Granted i should of checked before i left but the order was simple and everything was the same. So i decided to call and vent about my wrong order and that was the wrong thing to do. The guy said bring it back and we will fix it. Who wants to go back and wait forever again when i am already in the comfort of my home pretty far from there. I was letting him know that it was a simple order that shouldnt have happened. And we are already finishing and i shouldn't have had to go back and wait.
