Disappointed by the attitude, not just the mistake
I’ve been going to Dutch Bros regularly for about a year—usually after dropping my son off at school. This was my first time visiting the Long Point Road location around 2:04–2:14 PM, and unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (and not just from the drink).
I ordered a Golden Eagle Chai with oat milk, which is my usual. What I received instead was clearly a coffee-based drink—I could tell by the smell and how dark it was. Mistakes happen, and I totally get that. What disappointed me was not the mix-up, but the way it was handled.
When I brought the drink back, one of the team members politely said they’d remake it, which I appreciated. But the barista( a young lady in an orange T-shirt and denim shorts and a hat) who made the mistake seemed visibly annoyed. She didn’t acknowledge me at all—not a simple apology, not even a “here you go” when handing me the corrected drink. Someone who arrived after me even got their drink before mine, which made the lack of acknowledgment feel even more dismissive.
As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, I understand that people make mistakes—and I also understand that even if you’re frustrated or upset with yourself, you still apologize. That’s just basic customer care.
I want to be clear: this review isn’t about the wrong drink. I’ve had a mistake happen once before at another location, and the barista went above and beyond to fix it with kindness. This experience, however, felt the opposite—like my presence and order were an inconvenience.
I really hope this was just a one-off moment. I love Dutch Bros, and I’ve had great service every other time. But respect and basic courtesy matter—especially when you’re a regular customer.

it's a franchise but it does not have a public restroom so keep that in mind you're just coming here drive through
as always if you ordered with the app in advance they have mobile to go spots that you can just pull up to and get your order to go expedited so you're not in the drive-through line
My experience at this location of its five Stars the customer service at this location which of course always makes or breaks these franchise locations was nothing short of phenomenal
Have a great staff here it's timely well trained hospitable friendly professional asked about my day and very encouraging
My mom's favorite drink here is the Kokomo which you can get hot iced or blended and they got our drinks done in a timely fashion I leave recommend them in this location which was for Monday morning wall staffed kept up with line got the drinks done in no time with a young gentleman in the drive-thru taking the orders while giving out...

When I’ve come here it was only because I was driving by and decided to come last minute so I didn’t order ahead on the app. At first I thought maybe it was a price difference buying in app vs in store because I was asked if I’d be paying cash or card. It was one dollar, I wasn’t going to be “that person” to complain for just $1.00, which is what they’re counting on! Today was the same thing, the guy at the counter asked cash or card, I said cash and he said my order was $11.72 and of course no receipt given. That’s when I remembered, so I decided to check my order through the app using the same location and same order and the price was exactly $1.00 off again. In the app my order would have been $10.72.
