I visited the restaurant on June 7, 2023, and placed an order through the mobile app. I noticed that on the app, every Wednesday they have a special for a Whopper or an Impossible Burger. However, there was a minor error, so I asked the employee if they could substitute the meat for the Impossible Burger. The employee informed me that she would have to get her manager to handle the situation. I was understanding and didn't mind waiting. The manager, Lisseath (my apologies for misspelling the management name) came to the window and stated that she couldn't change the order, and I was required to take it as is. I explained to the manager that I couldn't accept the order and politely requested a refund. Unfortunately, she refused to provide a refund and insisted that I had to take the order. When she brought the food out my husband asked her if he could switch his drinks because the power aid hardly had a flavor like it was really watered down. We all tasted it and agreed with him. She got such an attitude at that question and said, "Powerade is always watered down. What do you think it is? It's Powerade! This is not Gatorade. Just keep the drink because I can't take it back." I understand it's inconvenient to walk back in and change the drink and if the store was still opened we would of dumped the drink ourselves and refilled it. When she came back my husband told her thank you and she said your welcome and loudly was mumbling rude comments. Terrible customer service. Read moreUnbelievable incompetence at this location, just unbelievable. I've been to this location all of TWO times, and BOTH TIMES, they got my order wrong at the drive through. We all like to joke about fast food workers, but this type of carelessness justifies all the ridicule. I called and spoke with Jeannette, the manager on the phone and was told I could stop in and collect my refund for the food I received and didn't want, but that doesn't do a damn thing to correct the problem now that I'm stuck with a bag of items I'd never order. What an incredible inconvenience to have to go out elsewhere now and make a second trip to get some food I actually want to eat. Thanks so much, Burger Idiots. What a hassle.
