Didn't take any photos after waiting nearly an hour in a line to order 2 drinks. It is opening weekend so with a promo it was half price, full price would have been about $16. We each had the brown sugar boba milk tea, it's our go to when trying somewhere new. I had 50% sugar, tasted more like 10%, the other tea was full sugar and tasted like 50% sugar. Lots of staff, they all appeared to look busy but the line moved extremely slow, I get it, it's the opening weekend, but an hour to place an order was excessive (there were only about 10 groups ahead of us). Manager/Owner approached us as we were leaving so I took a moment to quietly comment on the excessive wait time to order and rather than take the constructive criticism (stated nicely & quietly), he made excuses about how making boba tea properly takes time. I've been drinking brown sugar boba tea since it was called milk tea and only came one way in one size 30 years ago, the time struggle wasn't on the tea being made, it's on the ordering system that they have set up. Their folks need more training & they need more than one register. The price is comparable to other boba shops in the area (there's 2 on the other side of the highway in the plaza with Sprouts), but there wasn't anything special about this grab & go set up. There's no seating and the pearls...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this boba spot! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely enthusiastic about helping you choose a drink that matches your taste.
The menu offers a great balance between creative specialty drinks and classic milk teas, and every item is customizable to your sweetness and ice level. The pearls are consistently fresh and chewy—never soggy or hard—and the quality of the tea itself really stands out compared to other places.
I especially recommend trying their signature flavors (the brown sugar milk tea is a must!) and fruit teas, which are refreshing without being overly sweet. Presentation is thoughtful, with every drink looking as good as it tastes.
It’s clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are priorities here. Whether you’re a longtime boba lover or trying it for the first time, this place sets the standard for how a bubble tea shop should be.
Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to often—highly...
Read moreDropped by for the BOGO deal, but drinks were not good and all tasted like bland milk tea instead of the flavors that they were supposed to be. Found a hair in one of my drinks. The add-on topping cost is higher than the average boba shops, but the toppings weren't even unique to warrant the upcharge. The lids and cups are extremely flimsy compared to the usual boba shops that I go to. Very slow service; it took an hour of standing around before I could even place my order. Weird store layout with the toppings and teas taking up space at the front of the store, so there's only one register and a severe lack of lobby space for tables and chairs (there weren't even any tables and chairs out when I was there). There weren't any tabletop games like there usually is at boba shops too. The self service kiosks were also placed at an odd height so you have to bend down to use them (unless you're the height of a small child). Overall very weird and bad experience, and I'll stick to my usual boba...
