A review of this spot is long overdue. From the service to the food this place is simply awesome. There's an abundance of good places to eat sushi in the area but I always find myself coming back to Fuji. Their rolls are very hearty and tasty. The gyoza is always excellent and the service blows away most of the places in the area. I like plenty of other places but this one is conveniently adjacent to me and has never let me down. I used to complain about their fried rice but I usually never get it anyway as I'm not there for that, but they've since changed it and it's actually excellent now. The tempura is also very good though I'm not a fan of the onion rings lol
Tonight I will dare to try the himachi kama and see if they still impress. They have also since changed the ginger dressing for their salads though I liked the loose and natural ginger dressing they used to use, who doesn't love that creamy ginger dressing most others serve.
The fish always seems to be fresh which is what you look for in a sushi restaurant so with all that being said; don't hesitate to give this little place a try. You shouldn't be...

Went for lunch today, and they have a special where you buy one of a good selection of entrées and, for an additional $5.99, you get your choice of 4 appetizers, from a list of like 35. We've been interested in trying a variety of their options, so we did!. Spicy Miso Ramen entrée was really good, and the Mountain Fuji Roll was very tasty. For our appetizers, we got: Seaweed salad = good Gyoza = delicious! Edamame = firm, perfectly cooked Jalapeño lagoon = tasty, very rich Kani salad (full order) = SUPER good! Vegetable soup = light, delightful! Tempura = well cooked, light, crisp 4 PC California roll = good! Ali Tower = Great taste! I also got the ginger peach black tea, which was very good!
The service was attentive, without being invasive. Every server took it upon themselves to...
Read moreServer was too concerned with bussing the table rather than tending to our table. Miso soup tasted instant, shrimp tempura tasted frozen and greasy, playing pop music?, fried rice was cookie cutter, servers don't carry trays so their hands are all over your drinks and bottom of the plates, floor pealing up, apparently they are okay with people eating right in front of the door, vegetable tempura was bland, tempura sauce was mostly soy sauce, sushi plate was overly dressed, they put siracha sauce on one piece of sushi which I can't eat, overpriced, cheap chopsticks, server doesn't like listening. Ate here at 8:15 PM Sunday night, no excuses. -from a server with decent standards. Ate here after a massage at massage envy on spring cypress. Maybe I was biased because I didn't enjoy the massage all that well and was ultimately disappointed, but my bf who enjoyed the massage agreed with me on my comments. Except he didn't mind the pop music in a...
