Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

Mobile order drive thru is confusing. There’s small barcodes that u can easily miss when driving in the mobile drive thru then they make u go back around another lap to make sure u scan the qr mobile thru QR code that is not visible. instead of just marking on the iPad that they have that were there & don’t have to go another lap. I thought this was unnecessary.

All of my spicy chicken biscuits (3) were made poorly. Small chicken portions. & the issue that made me wait an additional 10mins was needing to address the ice cold pepper jack cheese straight out the refrigerator that made my entire sandwich cold. Not melted. Not warm. Just straight out the fridge.

It took me a very long time to get someone’s attention and to get someone to help me fix these 2 above...

This is one of the worst choices this company could have made for it's customers, the reason cut down on cost no refills on drinks to brother with, saves them money and customers can't walk up to the counter to complain about old cold fries or other issues with sandwiches. Less food they have to replace. It's all in their favor, not the customer. Drive thru only, walk up. window, no seating, What!!!? Another reason they know street people hang out on Washington Ave and it elimates a crowd they don't want in their store so it's a form of discrimination because of the area it's located in. Literally the best food I’ve had at a chick fil a. Not sure what they’re doing different but the fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the nuggets were great! I love that it’s drive through only. The one star reviews appear to be from salty neighbors or boomers who don’t appreciate a drive through only spot. It’s convenient and perfect...
