Horrible experience today! Iāve never had such a bad experience with this location. I waited 20+ min in line. Which is not a huge problem. But if Iām waiting in line Iām expecting my customer service to be great like it always is. So the gentleman I ordered with took my payment and told me to move forward to the next gentleman. When the second gentlemen approached me he asked me for another payment. I then told him and showed him I had already paid and showed him my statement. He said I donāt see a payment here on my end and made me pay again! A manager then rushed outside to say. āYes, I was coming out to let you know we didnāt charge you correctly!ā I asked what happen and no explanation was given she just walked away. Then I asked the man for a receipt and he walked away and ignored me. I almost had to yell at him and he responded back with a attitude saying āthey can give you one at the window!!ā Once I got to the window I asked for a receipt showing my transaction was going to be refunded the manager said they didnāt have access to get one for me. While I was waiting the gentleman who was giving me an attitude came to the window and turned his head to give me an ugly side eye. As I drove away I told him ā I hope you have a better dayā and I drove off. I got home and called the store to try to figure out what was the problem and asked if I could get a meal for free for the inconvenience all they could offer was a dessert. Update: This is probably the worst restaurant to come to for this franchise. I really wish the regional managers would come in and see how the employees treat their consumers Every single time I come to this place there is a lack of care with my food. Even the managers that work here act like they do not care about premium service. I think today is probably the last time I will be coming to this location, considering how unthoughtful they are when it comes to preparing your food. No one takes accountability for the mistakes, no one follows up on their guests, and it just makes the entire experience a detriment. I simply ask for my macaroni, not to have burnt cheese or a chunk of cheese in it, and the manager blatantly states thatās how they all come.
