I am a FreeBirds fanatic. Apparently I have been spoiled by the Memorial location, because it is clearly too much to ask that the staff down not put foreign objects in your burrito.
I always order the same thing, and the first time I went to this location I ordered my chicken burrito as usual - and as usual I requested avocado slices. I unsuspectingly bit into something that felt like a rock on my teeth, which REALLY freaked me out. I spit it out and couldn't quite figure out for sure - but I was pretty confident they put the hard avocado stem in my burrito. I bit into one more hard object before just throwing the rest away.
I promised myself I would not go back, but on Monday it was the only location on my way. This time I watched as they proceeded to not even pay attention and scoop the avocado stem into my burrito. I stopped the older lady who was preparing it, insisting that she just put the stem in there - she then argued with me, saying that "she always takes the stems out first". Well sure enough, after enough hassling, she found the stem. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE! That is the worst feeling to find something in your food that you are not...

The worst customers service ever!! I went there this morning at around 10:25 and the door was open assuming that they are open for business. Well, I walk in and joke around about how big the order was and the girl just looked at me with THE WORST look! I mean, if looks could do damage i would be dead!
So I ask manager, whats going on did I come across too much or what? She said, "YES!" "and that you coming in here made me feel pressured and you are not the customer." "You are just a delivery person to pick for a customer!"
I'M SORRY IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB AND I WAS SUCH A NUISANCE BECAUSE I AM A CUSTOMER WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! In Addition, Do not ever assume that a delivery person isn't worthy or there below you because you don't know who they are or what they've been thru. I hope corporate/franchise will take action for her bad customer service. She is the one who wears a noise ring who was rude!
I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Itās perfect for us on Sundays because we order adult entrĆ©es saw our child can eat free we have called we have ordered online weāve never had an issue with getting our free meal but today when I asked I was told I could not get it because I didnāt say I wanted it when I ordered which is weird because the meal is free I was also told is because they already made my order which they did and I sat there waiting for them to make my order for another five minutes when they couldāve clearly just made the kids meal with no issue there was nobody else in line but me I donāt think Iāll be coming to this location anymore there seems to be a consistency issue. Normally the staff is pretty nice and friendly but they were kind of dry today I didnāt really recognize the people I donāt know if they were having a bad day or wet but thatās not what I expected when I went to order so now Iām going home without the meal...
