Mayaztecas Mexican & Honduras Restaurant Seafood & Grille — Restaurant in Texas

I came here with my girl thinking that a 4.1 rated Mexican Honduran restaurant was going to be nice but it turns out I was wrong. My girl ordered agua Fresca and they told her that they don’t have it even though we can see it literally to our left. Then she ordered sprite instead. For the food I ordered the oxtails but they ended up telling my they didn’t have the ingredients for it so I settled for the enchiladas. We waited 40 minutes just to find out my girls food came out fine but the waitress came to tell me that the tortilla they tried to make the enchiladas with they said that it was burning up or whatever but in the end they couldn’t make it. So far what I’m getting is that they have drinks and food on the menu that they can’t serve and then proceed to tell me they can’t make something that’s on their menu after waiting for 40 minutes. Ended up not ordering anything. Waitress was seen drinking too. Crazy to think enchiladas can’t be made even though I heard it was the easiest...

COME ON IN!! WONDERFUL MEXICAN -HONDURAN CUISINE!!!! Open for breakfast lunch and dinner. This husband and wife owned and operated restaurant is AMAZING!!! The food is prepared with the most fresh ingredients and daily made salsas and homemade flour and corn tortillas!! You will not find a cleaner well maintained restaurant!! Even the restrooms are immaculate! These two friendly owners work hard to make sure that you have an enjoyable dining experience. We felt like VIP not just like customers. WOW!! The food was awesome!! Come in on Friday an Saturday nights and enjoy a night of fun and socializing on karaoke nights!! Thank you...

Had order delivered...got here very quickly but was warm at best..barely above room temp. Enchiladas were decent and spicy which I ordered. Rice and beans were ok but not great. The queso was very thin and tasted very processed...not good. The delivery guy might have been the owner...seemed like it..he was polite and give him good points for customer service. No menu on website but brought me one w order. My order was well before rush hour and got here fast so should have been hot...and as mentioned queso sub par and rest so so...Not horrible but not worth trying...
