Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Houston

This Chili's is absolutely awful.The restrooms weren't clean, the food was overcooked .I don't know how you can screw up broccoli 🥦 in a microwave or however they cooked it's supposed to be green not yellow.My Mom ordered the margherita chicken it was so dry it was like eating cardboard .The only good thing was our server he was great .The manager couldn't possibly have cared it was a lady.We Came in at around 630pm .I was a manager and a server myself .So I know what managers job is.#1 She never came out to any tables at all.She didn't go around and ask anyone how the food was how was everything nope she stood behind the bar or kitchen area just standing not doing anything.All the servers were busy they were busting their asses but her nope .The dining room was dirty meaning tables were dirty she could hv helped bus and damn clean the floor on the way to the restroom 🚻 there was ice where anyone could hv slipped and fell I have never been to any Chili's where the manager hasnt bn busy.She wasn't doing paperwork she wasn't helping the servers for shit or any customer at all.I bet you anything you could go look at the cameras and see what she did for the hour or however long we were there.Sad to say we won't be back at this location due to the management .If a manager can stand around and not ask 1 customer how is everything?or Thank you for coming nothing then Why would anyone want to go back it's sad because Management is everything if it's bad then restraunt fails.Just 1 question or acknowledgement would have made it seem a little better .I do and will say the servers were working hard.Our experience wasn't bad because of them that was only thing good 👍.about going.Thecook was bad n the manager needs to take a class on how to manage.I didn't see a busser either that's why It was so messy but if she had time to stand she could hv helped run food clean a table and definitely the floor I hope no one slipped or fell .The ice was on the floor next to the booths on the left in the middle of the walk way to the restroom.If she was doing her job walking around checking on customers She would have seen it on the floor .In my opinion I felt like she's given up or just doesn't care . It wasnt busy enough for her not to check...

This Chilis location is terrible. TERRIBLE. My daughter and I were seated right away, but sat there twenty minutes before the waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. It took her another 15 mins to bring us our drinks, and as she placed the drinks on our table, she began to walk away...! I said excuse me, we're ready to order. So we ordered the Triple Dipper and fries to share. We sat there and talked for about 30 mins and began to realize the two other tables next to us, that arrived well after we did, were being served their orders. I made a comment about the fact that they were being served before us, which the waitress obviously heard me say, so she walked over to our table and apologized for the wait and said our food would be coming out in just a few minutes. The two tables next to us had 4 people each. Why are they served before our one order? Anyway, at this point, we had been sitting there for over an hour waiting for our food. Finally two other waiters brought us our food, and to no surprise, the cheese bites, fries and chicken tenders were all cold! Not semi-warm, but COLD. The egg rolls were just warm enough to eat. So we waited again to catch the waitress passing by. She took the cold items back, and when she returned 10 mins later, the food had clearly been reheated. This is our second try at this particular Chili's, but we will never return again. Both visits to this location were terrible. I didn't write a review the first time, figuring it was just one of those days, but clearly this...

Honestly this was my family and I first time at the restaurant. The server who didn't mentioned his name served our drinks fast. Which was pretty good. Props for him, but the food...the food... I am quite disappointed. Our chips and salsa tasted horrible! Salsa was super watered down bad. Though we ate it because that money we are wasting. Two, server took forever with our food which shouldn't take long because it was mainly appetizers and mini burgers. There wasn't a lot of costumers in the restaurant. Three, our food was semi cold when we received it, but we still ate it and left a little bit or more left over. Four, which took the cake, my husband and brother did not receive their fries at all! The server said, "they(cooks)just put the fries in. I'll take it out in a bit." THEY NEVER GOT THEIR FRIES! We waited for quite sometime, so my husband and brother were upset because they are paying full price for something they never got. Even worse, My little brother said the server smirked when he ask if there was something we weren't satisfied. Yes, we weren't satisfied. I told him that my husband and brother did not receive their fries. Which he didn't apologize for. He just left. I'm going to be straight. Just because we look like kids. Doesn't mean you can judge that we don't know how to tip. We do! We worked at restaurant and bars. I don't know what this server was about, but we are definitely not going to that restaurant again and I wouldn't recommend anyone if they are going...
