Oscar and his team are extremely unprofessional, I reached out to Churrasco for catering for a dinner party and he told me he had the date available and that I should come try out the food, mind you, this is a 45min drive from where I live so I asked him if the date was available before coming to try out the food, he said yes.

Long story short, after coming to try the food we agree on a date and a time and he said he would send the invoice, so basically everything is set in stone, not to Oscar it wasn’t, he ghosted me until I double texted him and that’s when he decided to finally tell me he booked another event. Ran across this food truck at the Bayou City Art Festival and was in the mood for loaded fries so we gave Brazilian Churrasco a try!

Despite being decently busy with a steady line of people ordering, we got the Brazilian Limeade immediately and the Gaucho Fries within five minutes of ordering.

I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments.

The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. The weather was cool but it could get a little warm in the sun, making the limeade very refreshing. It was very mellow, not too sweet, and not too tart.

The Gaucho Fries were exactly what we wanted, some very tasty loaded fries with a Brazilian twist.

This place has a special Food Truck !. And it’s not because of the food. The food is a bonus. They have the best service, food handling, and customer care in the country. The hosts and owner Oscar are so gentle & considerate, they truly make you feel so special. The attention to detail is remarkable. Was a hospitality was unmatched.
