Horrible customer service! Waited 2 days for nothing. They are very unprofessional and really don’t care about your time. I would steer clear.
Update: 3 I received a call from Antonio letting me know that they have the right to deny service to ignorant people. They promised an email and never bothered to follow up even after promised to get back to us. My customer was waiting since Friday for a quote that Antonio promised.
Just to be honest Antonio you are the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
I would have appreciated you denying the service from the beginning instead of you telling me you will send an email after I send you one and confirmed on the phone that you received it. We never lie to our customers. We also don’t make them loose there time and you guys made us look unprofessional. It doesn’t get more clear than this.
I have never disrespected any of your reps, even when you made us loose our time. There was no reason for the insults and bad words you told us.
As a business you should never contact a customer and disrespect them by calling them bad words. You are extremely unprofessional and I hope you realize it one day. I’m very sorry for any person that has to deal with you.
I will share this 100% real experience with everyone I can to expose your unprofessional behavior and poor work ethics. I will also file a complaint with the better business bureau for the disrespect and offensive language you used against me.

I WAS A SPONSOR IN THE PARADE. Tens of thousands LOST from not being in the parade. THS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED!!!!!!
Houston City Tours should not be in business!! I hate leaving bad reviews, but the bus broke down in the beginning of the Houston Pride Parade and almost blocked the ENTIRE parade. The driver admitted that they never should have rented the bus to us. I felt so sorry for the driver because he was worried about us and said that this happens all the time and he gets stuck having to try and fix it. You should see what they had to do to get it running - it was hilarious, yet extremely dangerous. Ive had this happen with this company a few years prior with them and should have known better, but I like to give people second chances. Greed does nothing but harm. It took them almost an hour to get the bus fixed, but at that point the parade was practically over. They ruined this experience for forty of my friends, my mom, and ruined an opportunity for me to enjoy the one night of the year that I live for.. I made a promise to myself that this company will NEVER make someone cry at a Pride Parade again. A parade that is intended to be a celebration and fun.

I'm really disappointed in this company. My wife and I (Tomball) booked a spontaneous city tour which featured nasa on June 12th. The tickets we bought were for a tour that began at 12pm and ended at 7pm. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a smile, however as soon as I mentioned we had a 12pm tour, the conversation quickly turned sideways. The representative quickly fired back with "ugh, I tried to call you. We're not doing Nasa today and our time was wrong. It starts at 9:30 not at 12." The call I received was a number from Mexico and they left no voicemail. Strikes one and two right there. Not only was there poor communication on their website, there's poor communication from the staff. I asked what our options were and all he offered was a date to reschedule for. I calmly did so, and then asked for a refund through the booking agency. Im now being told, they aren't going to do a refund. My wife and I drove an hour into Houston, paid for parking, and were told that they didn't even offer a tour that day. The only upside is that they are letting me redeem this at any point in the next 365 days. That being said, I'm eating the cost and writing this review instead. Had I received a refund, I'd consider booking with this company in the future, instead, I will remove this company as a recommendation for family...
