Coffee Fellows — Restaurant in Houston

I first want to say that the coffee at Coffee Fellows Energy Corridor is phenomenal. This is the only coffee shop I’ve gone to since moving to Houston four months ago, and it’s easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. I used to live in a college town with more than 15 local coffee shops, and none of them come close to the flavor and quality here!!

What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every single staff member is kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. They even remember both my order, a large tiramisu cold brew, and my dog’s order, a pup cup!! Stopping by for coffee always puts me in a better mood and is such a great start to my day!!!

I especially want to recognize Cassi!! She’s one of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. From the first time I stopped at the shop, she talked to me like we had been friends for years. I moved to Houston not knowing anyone, and she made such a difference in helping the city feel less overwhelming, even with just a short coffee stop :) She’s just an absolute ball of sunshine and she always remembers the little details about her regulars!!! She’s also my dog Baked Beans’ favorite person behind the counter.

Coffee Fellows in the Energy Corridor is hands down the BEST coffee shop I have ever been to—nothing else even comes close. Every visit is something I genuinely look forward to. The coffee is always amazing, the service is consistently top-notch, and the staff is absolutely incredible. They’re quick, efficient, and always go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.

They never forget my pup cups, and they’re always super accommodating with any of my requests. It’s that kind of attention to detail and care that really sets them apart. The atmosphere is welcoming, cozy, and just feels like home. Whether I’m stopping by the drive-thru, sitting on their awesome patio, or enjoying the super clean indoor space, it’s always a great experience.

Huge shoutout to Braxton—he’s always so upbeat, professional, and just a joy to see every time I stop in. He truly makes the experience even better, but honestly, the whole staff is fantastic. I’ve never had a single bad experience here.

I stopped by Coffee Fellows on Eldridge to pass some time before a client appointment and ended up waiting for almost four hours. In that time, I witnessed some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while—from the baristas all the way to who I assume is one of the owners.

At one point, a barista accidentally dropped an order, and I was impressed by how quickly the owner jumped in to help clean up without making a scene, then seamlessly returned to work. Initially, I thought he was just another customer! Later, their credit card system went down due to a Stripe outage, but instead of turning people away, they continued serving customers and even made my order on the house. No excuses, no frustration—just great service and a genuine commitment to taking care of everyone who walked through the door.

Even when I left, their system was still down, but they were still serving with the same level of hospitality. That’s truly exceptional customer service, and I can’t wait to come back and support this business again. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by—this...
