Be-Be Nails Spa — Local services in Houston

About a month ago my daughter insisted on coming to this location because she wanted coffin nails so I brought her here and decided to go ahead and get my nails done too. My daughter was very happy with her nails by the lady who did them, however I was not happy with my nails or service at all by the lady who did mine. Even while sitting in the chair having them done my shellac starting to bubble up and when I told her she just started pushing it down with her finger while waving in another customer who had just walked in the door. I kept trying to bring her attention back to my nail that she needed to fix it and re-do it, but she just kept pushing it down with her finger when it would bubble back up telling me it was ok and would be fine. She left me sitting at the chair while she tended to the customer who had just walked in and didn’t finish my nails under the uv light. I had to go because we needed to be somewhere and I was just in disbelief. I also had my eyebrows waxed and my daughters as well and the lady did a great job on them. My total was over $250.00 and my nail shellac began peeling off while driving off and yes that bubble popped back up too then peeled off. My shellac wasn’t even set and she never checked on me before I left to make sure it was good. I’ll never return here due to this one person who didn’t care about service or quality for a new customer. I wish I had got the name of the lady who did my nails, but I didn’t. I only chose this place because of all the good reviews, but my experience was not good. I really don't like writing bad reviews, but when a business is competing with at least 10 other nail salons on the same street, I would expect better (especially when you're going to charge as much as others) and I feel I should give fair warning to those who go here "because of the good reviews". I went here to get my nails done for my WEDDING. When we got there, the front door was wide open and it was hot and humid inside. We almost left because of that, but we didn't have time to find another place. We had to ask them to close the door, which they did. After that it was comfortable. They rushed me to pick a color (mind you I was picking a color for the biggest day of my life). Every time I would pick a shellac color from the basket, the actual color in the bottle would look completely different. I finally settled on a light pink (even though I didn't really want pink) because it was virtually impossible to get an accurate color. My toe started stinging during the pedicure and I realized the lady had cut the top of my toe with her file, which still looks pretty ugly almost a week later. The massage was sub par (but of course cost extra). After all of that though, the most frustrating part is that my shellac nails started chipping just 4 DAYS LATER. That is absurd. The last time I got shellac done at a different place it lasted for a good two weeks without chipping. They obviously use cheap products. All that to say, go here at...

I never write reviews, but this was the worse nail experience I've ever had. I went in and asked if they did powder manicures. They said yes pick a color. I sit down and the lady says you want them longer and I said yes, thinking she wasn't going to cut them, but then she cuts all my nails short. I see she has a box of fake nails infront her and I said I don't want fake nails and she proceeds to be extremly rude telling me that I asked for them, which I did not. Then she slaps on the powder without even giving me a manicure first. Never filed, cut my cuticles, or even got the DIRT under my nails out. I was so infurinated that I didnt notice she wasn't even painting the color I asked for. I picked out a white color instead she gave me a neutral color that doesn't even look like I have polish on. I don't think she even knows what a dip powder maincure is either because she put my nails under a uv light. I've never had a powder be put under a light. I basically paid for a lady that didn't know what she was doing to paint my nails the wrong color and didn't even get a manicure out of it. Under the powder my nails STILL look terrible (the reason I was getting them done in the first place).
