My experience in this specific location was awful keeping in mind that not all Connie’s are like this ,but save you a drive to this location and go to the location in Airline loyal customers for over 30yrs save your time with this location . Let me start with the restaurant it self was clean and empty on a Sunday that should have been a red flag ,but I was excited it be like always . It all begins with drinks waiter brought out wrong drinks didn’t think nothing of it we all make mistakes ok I she fixed . After that we order food as we would at the usual location we like to also order fresh fish from their behind the counter selection and two special rice orders it was 11 of us and 4 of our table had order regular plate meals and other 4 adults 2 kids would share the rest of the food custom picked for large party ok so my mom picks out two large fish and requested as we done in the other Connie’s to fry both fish and separate a bones and meat and also cooking the head as well fried that’s all we say at the other location since personally my mom likes the bones and head of the fish still typically has a lot of meat . Keeping in mind that the waiter knew it was for a large party and order was obvious because 1 lb shrimp was ordered an also side of large basket of fries so tell me why they bring whole fish fried and 4 small fillets how not cut in pieces or chunks just whole two fish fried like if it was only for two ppl who would actually just eat them makes no sense why it was not cut into portions and smaller pieces common sense right well then I tell the waiter what was that she like your fish . How to expect us to each that the way is done for multiple ppl she just stared and said it was done that it been fried couldn’t be cut because it ruined the breading on it and fall apart and I’m like you knew it was big party why was it cooked this way I request manager I’ll load up picture of his way of fixing that ripped and looked worse in person beside the fact that the fish was not properly fried and still had raw areas and slimy stuff coming out and all ruined after they just literally cut up because it was already cooked and they could do anything else that I was suppose to explain to them everything the number of pieces I wanted and how so they could know I’m like I did and also the cook should of also confirmed the amount of people who were going to eat it as well I dont understand how the manager expected us to know how many actual pieces would come out from a fish . Well making long story short the fried rice was very dry and brought the food out and took 25 minutes to bring servicing plates for us to serve our selfs our meal and didn’t bother to place the fish in the table after they butchered the fish and left it the table next to us my we had to get up and reach for the fish plates to move to our table waiter took for ever customer service was awful and the fact that it wasn’t busy for it being a Sunday was ridiculous how inefficient staff was . Manager was not properly prepared to address the situation he looked very nervous and didn’t apologize about the misunderstanding at all he just said all we can do is cut it all . I been a manager at a restaurant I would of ordered two fish to be done correctly again and made it right as management their is mistakes that need to be taken seriously because I did have a pregnant woman in my party who can’t eat raw meat that fish was partially raw still . To make this short stay away from this location is definitely not crowded as the other location I typically go to and love and don’t mind waiting when you know is worth the wait . I still tipped my waiter very generously not because of the service I received ,but to remind her that customers service is important and that she needs to be more aware and accountable about the customer experience because just because a customer is asking and requesting things to be done right doesn’t mean we are making a scene to get a discount or get free food in their to pay and get good food and customer service.

We ordered to-go and it was such a bad experience. I ordered the shrimp diablo with a side of rice and as you can see from the pictures, there were 6 teeny tiny shrimps, a handful of cold stale rice that didn’t have a single piece of meat or shrimp it in, and a piece of lettuce and onion strip to take up space in the container. When I got home and opened it I was APPALLED! Who put together that container and thought that it was appropriate to serve to a customer?! It looks pitiful. And it didn’t even come with any homemade dipping sauce for the shrimp, they gave me a store bought tartar sauce which was disgusting. This is apparently a seafood place and they can’t even be bothered to make their own tartar sauce?! That’s shameful. My partner ordered one of the fresh fish fried and it came out to be almost $50 for the fish! And they didn’t include ANY sides, no sauce, NOTHING! With the price they charge for that fish it should at least come with some fries and a dipping sauce! What a scam. Lastly we got an order of the shrimp fried rice that had maybe 1% shrimp in it. I was digging around trying to find shrimp pieces but there were NONE! The rice itself was not the worst thing on Earth but since I had ordered shrimp fried rice and not just fried rice, I was very disappointed. Overall we felt robbed and the food was very low quality. Our bill came out to be $70 and for $70 somewhere else I could have gotten such better food. I will never ever step foot in here ever again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know to not eat here too unless they want to leave hungry and spend way too much money.

This place is very good. I always get the #1 which includes 2 pieces of fish and 6 shrimp served with rice and a piece of bread. Everything is always served hot and tastes very good. The rice isn’t salty at all like other places. The shrimp is battered just right. Customer service is very good and fast even though it stays packed. My daughter is a picky eater and I ordered her a 5 piece nugget meal with fries and she ate all of it. Overall pretty good experience. Will be coming again soon.

This place is very good. I always get the #1 which includes 2 pieces of fish and 6 shrimp served with rice and a piece of bread. Everything is always served hot and tastes very good. Ive been coming to this location for the past 6 yrs and it has really changed from being an awesome resturant to now avoiding it. The food is still tasty, what has changed is the people and management. One of the things ive noticed is that they no longer give you the same food portions as before in the last 4 times ive gone the rice does not even fill up the small area in a to go box. Before they use to give you both sides full of rice now its only half of one. Last time i went, I ordered the basic #1, I get home and get ready to eat hoping maybe now they add more rice..nope that hasnt changed but then i noticed there isnt a roll. I wasnt going to call but i said what the heck might as well since i already did not get enough rice. I talked to the server they said that they were out of bread thats why. I said thats fine but why wasnt I told of this before placing my order, he didnt say anything and left the phone. Someone asnwers stating they are the manager and he says the same thing that they did not have bread. Again i say thats fine but customers should be told what is not being offered in a plate, either discount the price or compt them it isnt that difficult. Take care of your customers as they are the ones who keep the business afloat and do right by them. He said well you can return your food if you like. I laughed because this isnt about me driving back 15 minutes just because I did not get a roll its about taking care of the customer and doing whats rght. I do hope upper management at Connies gets it together and hire competent people or they do better at training people how to...
