Update: my previous update was done after just going once, I should’ve tried going again before giving a review. So I went to do my nails on a Tuesday a week before my husband’s birthday. They came out nice & I was charged $60 (plus tip). Every time I’ve done my nails no matter if it’s a good review or not so good they usually last 3 to 4 weeks sometimes even 5 weeks. Well not this time. 5 days later one of my nails fell off from the right hand. I went back to the place & they fixed it, not how I would want to since it’s a different color & it’s thicker compare to the other nails, they also cut me on the top. I though it would’ve been no charge since a week hadn’t even passed, but yes they charged me 5$. A day later the same middle finger nail fell off but now from my left hand as you can see on the picture. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it since tomorrow is my husband’s birthday & I can’t be without a nail.

This was our first time coming here, we got there at 6:45 pm and the place closed at 7:30 pm. We were not sure what colors we wanted or designs so we asked many questions to see if certain designs were possible, also regarding the price and they answered all and they were really nice about it. A little past closing time everybody started leaving but the guy doing my nails and the lady in the front were so polite. We told them sorry we went late but they still had a smile on their face and kept making conversation with us. They even gave us a discount since we were first time customers. At the end I loved how my nails came out and so did my friends. The prices are also reasonable. So far this is one of my favorite places that I’ve gone to do my nails, we will be...

Since my office is located right down the street, I've spent many lunch breaks getting my nails and pedicures at Le Q nails, and I've always been satisfied with their service. I was one of their first customers, and have not visited any other nail shops since they opened. I spend money there at least twice a month (usually more) and when I go I always get nails, pedicure and eyebrows. They are reasonably priced and quick. However, lately the quality of their work has really gone downhill. I got a full set of acrylic nails, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax on Friday 7/27. The nail tech cut my cuticles on EVERY FINGER with the drill so badly that it still hurts for me to take a hot shower or use hand sanitizer. It looks horrible. She also left huge clumps of acrylic under my nails and it's very uncomfortable. It also isn't sanitary because the roughness causes dirt, makeup, etc. to collect under my nails. I returned Monday 7/30 to ask for them to file the clumped acrylic from under my nails and was treated very poorly. It is not as if I was asking for a refund - I only wanted what I paid for to be made right. A shop that cares retaining it's customers would have tried to make it right - either by repairing the existing nails or soaking them off and replacing them with a new set. There were no other customers in the shop Monday. I'm sorry to say that their unwillingness to fix their mistake has cost them a good customer, because I will NEVER...

I got a shellac manicure and it was decent for the price I paid, my nails weren’t even but you get what you pay for. But the reason why I’m giving them 1 star is bc this place is very dirty. I went today to get a mani and pedi, they asked me to sit in a pedi chair to wait to get assisted. I probably waited 10-12 mins and I started paying close attention to my surroundings. I noticed how they didn’t use a plastic bag or disposable liner over the pedicure tub. The one where I was sitting at was extremely dirty, you could clearly see lots of dead skin around it. All stations seemed to have a Clorox bottle next to them but as someone who got their pedi done got up, no one disinfected the tub and they asked someone else to sit there right away. Someone sitting next to me had some very disgusting looking feet, one of her toenails was black/gray infected looking and the nail technician was not wearing any gloves. I ended up leaving bc it was a gross experience. I ended up going back to my usual place where I am sure they disinfect tools, tubs and it’s a clean place. I don’t recommend this place at all. Yes it’s cheap but again, you get what you pay for. Not...

First time here came with my sista from church and they were so nice to me. They took off my fake nails and left my real ones in tact they didn’t hurt me and were really quicker than my salon. They were very patient with me and didn’t try to finish with me just cause another person walked in like some nail places do. Then I got the most amazing massage on my hands I forgot how good that felt when they do it right and you actually hear your bones and tendons release the stress in my hands I was like oh wow that’s making some noise lol but oh it felt so relaxing loved it definitely coming again for sure to try the pedicure I’ll let you know how that goes!

Upon arriving I was immediately welcomed, offered a drink and seated within minutes. I'm a bit new to getting my nails done so I wasn't sure on what color to choose or if I should get dip or gel x. Sandy explained the differences and how applying a base coat will really make the gold I wanted pop! I decided to go with a thick French tip in an almond shape with gel x. Her and her coworkers have an eye for perfection and took each step carefully and checked for my approval each time. From shaping my nails to the thickness of the french tip! Seriously the best experience I've had in a nail salon! They're beautiful! Definitely coming back😊
