Corazon Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Houston

Over the past few week I have made a point to visit only local/small coffee shops in the area. Today was Corazon, I visited a little before 8am. I def think I will go back the reasons being: the drink I ordered was way too sweet. I got a honey vanilla iced latte. The barista added a ton of honey to the bottom, then added a lot of what seemed like really awesome homemade vanilla syrup but was just sooo much. Also the barista wasn’t too friendly or welcoming to me. It was my first time, I took a few minutes to read the menu and not once did he ask if I needed help, or welcomed me. I love this coffee shop. It’s so peaceful for me after I buy my coffee I like to sit outside on their stools. I like to go early and enjoy their lattes where they are more than happy to make it just how I like without wanting to charge me extra for every tiny thing. Going here makes you feel like you’re doing something that gives back to Houston small businesses...

The owners of the shop really make the place. I work nearby and they are always so excited to see my coworker and I. The breakfast tacos are marvelous and the coffee is top notch.
