Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

First, I am (was) a loyal customer until today. A couple months ago I ordered 5 marinara sauces with my pizza. Instead I got 5 ranch sauces. When I called the emp said that she would give $10 credit on my next order- which was fine. The next order was placed online & the credit did not appear. So I called to ask how do I get the credit? I was told that it was already given to me. Which is not true since the $45 order DID NOT indicate a credit. Then she said, “Well, the credit is only good for a month.” Ok, good info that was not told to me. In other words, I would not get the credit. Really I am bothered by the way they view & treat customers. Honestly is important. In spite of it I ordered another pizza which turned out to be terrible. The cheese was placed AFTER the toppings and only on the places that the toppings didn’t cover. Which is NOT the way to make a pizza but a good way to save money! Not satisfied I ordered Papa Johns. By far it outweighed Pizza Hut on every level. Bye bye Pizza Hut. ...

I purchased a large thin crust pizza from this location (the franchise by UH entrance 1 closed permanently 😑) with one half for me and the other for a family member (photo provided). I also had a coupon for a free side item. Curbside pickup was prompt (not on the right side, but OK) and the pizza was hot. Family member said the pizza was dry - I had pesto to go with mine so no biggie 😅, but they weren't wrong. I'll request standard level cheese next time to see if that will mininize the 'dryness'. Cinnasticks were warm and fairly light in color except for the cinnamon sugar glaze brushed on them. Maybe more cook time on the cinnasticks and a tad less time on the thin crust pizza would get a 5 star food review in...

I never really liked Pizza Hut to be honest. But I like the people here. They are cool. I think I know all of the workers because they are nice to me. I’m kinda slow but they treat me nice even though I have outbursts.

There’s a girl there named Jackie she’s nice… she gave me a fist bump once. Deandre is cool. He’s an African American guy, you can’t miss him! Jose is nice he let me look at him in the eye once even though I cry when I do that sometimes, for whatever reason I didn’t cry when I looked at him. Destiny is a nice gal as well. There’s like 4 other people that work in the back that are very hardworking...
