Generally, this place focuses in Mì (egg noodle) and hủ tiếu (rice noodle) dishes (soup, saucy, sauteed, and pan-fried) but also offers a few appetizetlr dishes and fried rice dishes. Their pricing is within range of other restaurants in Asian Town.

Reviews: First, this place has the best sea salt Vietnamese coffee in town! Secondly, today is my first time dining-in although I've ordered to-go from this place in the past. There's plenty of noodle-related dish selection. My husband always get the dry version of Mì Đặc Biệt Dìn Ký. I had the Hủ Tiếu Triều Châu today along with bánh khọt. The mì and hủ tiếu was on point, and I did noticed that the hủ tiếu lâm noodle was perfectly cooked (not overly soft and broken like other places) and the bánh khọt was surprisingly thin and crunchy with all the right mints. Service was good and not as bad as other reviews mentioned. When we were ready to order, we would try to catch the server's attention by looking over toward them or raise our hands (you will usually have to do this at most restaurants in Asian Town so we don't mind this at all), and we had our orders placed and received timely. Overall,...

Reading all the crazy reviews about the place being overpriced and small portions, I wasn't sure what to expect because I absolutely love the Din Ky in Orange County. Not sure if it's the same owners or not but whatever.

I ordered the braised duck leg noodle (mi vi tiem) and kumquat tea. Noodle was $19 and the kumquat tea was $6 if I remember correctly. They even give you a free nuoc sam (herbal tea) that was really good.

The food is good and the broth is definitely what it's supposed to be (if you've had mi vit tiem before). The duck leg is super tender as it's slow cooked. They give you a good amount of shittake mushrooms and veggies. My only small gripe is the noodle portions are a little small. You'll finish the noodles way before anything else. Now the kumquat tea - that thing is much stronger than I expected. It was good for sure but I was up til like 3am that night!

Overall quality is great and service was fast and attentive and I'll definitely come back. I came on a weekday evening and it wasn't too busy except for maybe 5, 6 tables so I didn't experience what some of the other...

People complained about $16 bowl of noodles but come on, it’s 2025, are you expecting $5 a bowl or what. I think the price is fair considering the quality of the food. My party of 4 enjoyed everything we ordered. We came around noon, food came out very quick. My dry noodle was already mixed with sauce but they gave me extra sauce on the side which i ended up using. There’s also a full tray of condiments on side (chili oil, garlic, red vinegar). I think the amount of toppings in my bowl is a good ratio to the noodles. Plus the place is clean and new so i think i got my money worth. Don’t really understand how people complain it’s overpriced, this place deserves a...

I waited 20 minutes for two bowls of noodles. The noodles were hard and not fresh, the soup was bland, and the sauce tasted like plain soy sauce. The fried shallots were dry and not crispy, and the shrimp cracker were greasy, chewy, and disappointing. The food was overpriced for the quality. Service was unprofessional, the floor was slippery, and the tables were greasy—I had to ask for cleaning. Mì Đặc Biệt Dìn Ký cost $16.50 + Tax + Tip, totaling over $20, which was not worth it. The owner should check back about the market prices. I won’t recommend this place or return.
