I have ordered from Dominos Pizza for several years from Spring, TX, Omaha, NE, and now Inwood in Houston, TX. This is the worst service I received. I ordered a specialty pizza, pacific veggie, with a customized order with chicken. I ordered online for delivery. When I received the pizza, the order was wrong, so I contacted the store to make them aware. This is where it's interesting. The employee who answered the call could repeat my order correctly, but when I stated there was incorrect, the employee proceeded to tell me for a specialty order, I needed to call it in and not online. When I proceeded to press the issue of not having this issue in areas other than a predominately black neighborhood, the employee hung the phone. I called back, and the manager said I needed to bring the pizza into the store, even though I told him I had a 5 and 7 yr old and did not want to get them out of bed to come to the store. That's why I ordered delivery. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked could I send a picture, but I was told no. Granted, in other locations, I was able to send a photo to the manager with no issues. This service is completely unacceptable. I am angry and upset for spending over $60 on pizza with...
Read moreI moved in this area about 3 years ago, after calling Domino's I wish I hadn't. Pizza is always cold, driver is usually scared to death and calling local store was usually more miss than hit. Tonight, I placed an order online, I missed a call to confirm the order and called back. Rude man answered the phone stating "We don't take calls from private numbers, just call back." Then hung up, I called back and he just hung up. I found another phone to call from & He stated "They canceled the order, because you missed the confirmation call." I asked for the managers name, he wouldn't give it to me stating "I don't think that's necessary." I asked him for his name or employee id number...he refused. I will call corporate tomorrow and maybe Domino's might see why they lost a major decision to not hear an appeal, the SCOTUS for not complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act in making their online webpage accessible to all. I am disabled as well and maybe they should hire some nice disabled person to work their phone lines instead of the idiot on there tonight! btw, am...
Read moreTo start I love the brand Domino’s. However this store’s practices in my strong opinion are poor when it comes to making sure the ingredients are fresh and properly stored. This stops bacteria and parasites from getting into customers systems that can be harmful. The employees washing their hands and properly drying their hands by not touching a wet faucet is very important! If workers prepare pizzas with unclean or wet hands can transfer harmful bacteria. Which leads me to say this, I ordered a pizza and ate a couple of slices within some time I had soft loose stool. After some time past other family members ate slices of pizza and they too had loose stool. Something is wrong with the pizza! I have had issues with this store in the past and had stopped patronizing for some years. It is convenient for me but I see convenience is not that important if it jeopardizes one's health. I love their pizzas and pasta etc. This location need to improve their quality and practices. Maybe other people hadn’t had any issues but...
