Domino's walk-in stores are just horrible now. When, I first walked in everybody was working on pies. And no one was answering the phone there, and there was nobody at the front counter. You'll, (Domino's) need to limit the amount of online orders. Because, it just takes up too much of the employees time. I only speak a little Spanish, not a lot. However, there was only one or two people who could speak English, to get my order correct and they still didn't get it right.
Secondarily, it was impossible for me to try to navigate the Domino's app online to get the best discount for ordering pizzas at the discounted price of $6.99 for a three topping!!!! Even the young man that helped me to try and figure it out there, was just too confused on the many ways that they he was trying to help me out, on how to get the online discount. You should have a electronic pad that shows you exactly how much you're going to have to pay to add on additional ingredients to your pizza, if you so desire...
Then, I couldn't get my points added to my loyalty account because the scanner was Fu'd up. It's a shame, because I really like your pizza. See, P.S.
I'll just stay with Blaze Pizza. You, can get more ingredients on a build-you-own pizza. Also, you see them as they build your pie!!! A much easier and better way to get exactly what you want on your pizza pie, and their scanners work for loyalty points.
P.S.
As a side note. Back in the late 70's, me and my Air Force buddies, lived on Domino's 🍕. We weren't allowed off base, during the first weeks of on base training. This, was using good old dial phone ordering. Never had problems or issues getting our pizza's delivered or getting them done right. Sometimes, the old ways are the easiest and...
Read moreI started coming to this location to help a friend nearby. I've ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and pizza. The pasta has been a little dry but I continued to go there because it was closer to deliver to my friend. The last time I ordered 2 large, 6 topping pizzas for $9.99. As advertised on TV and app not in the store. Manager has a "special" 2 lg 2 topping pizza for $11.99. Nahh. 1 pizza was made correctly and the other was missing 2 toppings. When I checked my pizza a 1/2 mile away I saw that it was missing the jalapeño and Philly steak. I returned with the pizza and receipt. 1 guy behind the counter took the pizza and ask which 1 was incorrect off the receipt. I told him, he took it to the chick working and she nudged her head and they kept staring at it. Another guy came over and asked what was wrong and then they all stared at the pizza and the receipt, as if, there was another alternative to remaking the pizza with all my paid for items on it. I said to the last guy can you get started remaking it, as there seemed to be no attempt at that. He proceeded to answer the phone and take walk-in customers without stating that he would make it right and apologize for someone not making it correctly. The pictures below show the remade pizza with Hugh cuts of onions and crispy spinach. Not that great and he never addressed the issue. I ask him for a cheese packet and he said "we have cheese but its $1. I said I'm not paying a dollar. No concessions, no customer service. I won't be back other locations on Dairy Ashford or Beechnut will get...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. I am an elementary school teacher and I made the mistake of ordering pizza from this place. The pizza was 30 minutes late, which wasn't that big of a deal, but the driver left before I checked all the pizza and instead of 5 pepperoni and 3 cheese for my 26 students, I got 5 pepperoni, 2 cheese, and one veggie pizza. VEGGIE! I then called the store to see if they could help correct the order. I was on hold for 13 minutes before I spoke with a human. I explained my situation and the girl that answered said, Yes, I'm sorry, we are very busy, it is on the way. I said, No, you aren't listening to me. I am not waiting on pizza.. my pizza arrived and it's wrong, and I'm wondering how it is going to be fixed, since I have 4 elementary kids that didn't get any pizza!! Then I heard a guy in the background say, "Tell them it's a 3 hour wait!!", and the girl told him, no, it's a wrong order! Then, she had the nerve to put me on HOLD. I waited for about 5 minutes and then I hung up. I waited a total of 20 minutes with NO HELP or solution. I called back and am currently on HOLD, and have not spoken with a human. I have been holding for 15 minutes... and counting. A total of 35 minutes of waiting with no help and no solution. This store is clearly understaffed. Do not order from them during the holidays, sporting events, or even Friday through Sunday for that matter. Next time, we will order from PIZZA HUT!!! I understand people make mistakes but the way they handled it was completely...
