Zero stars for this place!! Yemah the general manager is the worst! I was also told by a employee that she has a bad temper. To the point she doesn't deal with customers, specially their complains. So I ordered about a week ago a buffalo pizza. First timer. Well it was so dry! No buffalo sauce. Really!! Well called to let them know they made a mistake. The young lady that answers said if she could help me I explain to her and she said her manager wanted me to bring the pizza back. So she could replace it. At the time it was freezing and have four little ones. to get out so I wasn't doing that. The young lady said it was a one day thing that I had to because they had to see it. So in other words no credit back for the mistake. I told her I would save the pizza and take it to her when I had a chance. She put me on hold. Once she came back on the phone I asked to speak to manager. The girl on the phone kept playing games on the phone wouldn't give me the name of manager or get her on the phone. She also kept me hold for the longest time. I gave up and called the corporate number and filed a complain. The following week the delivery driver called me. Saying it was his mistake and that he would give me a credit for the pizza. Also telling me that the manager had a bad temper and doesn't handle customer complains very well. He also said that they get fined $190 for every complaint customers submit. Few days later a general manager name yemah called me asking me about the complain I asked her what manager was there and so busy at the time that they couldn't solve my issue. Read moreSo I placed my order online, from there I didn't think I had anything to worry bout. 45 min after I checked the status of my pizza it said perfection check complete 20 min prior. Checked by Emma. So I called and by mistake I called the wrong store. The lady that answered (Tiffany) had no order in her system. I told her I placed my order online and you have to have it.. so she looked up my order and saw it was at a different location I apologized for the inconvenience then proceeded to call the right store. I called and Emma answered. I ask about my order and she tells me "I DON'T HAVE IT IN OUR SYSTEM" What?? But it says on online you just did a perfection check I said. She responded with the I never had a order for your address. I then ask for a manager. She said she is the manager not only the manager but the "General Manager" oh wow I think. How do you not know what's going in your store? The fact that it said Emma had checked it and Emma said she didn't have my order mad me angry. I asked her who her manager was so I could talk to someone who knows something do to the fact she didn't. She then said "I have no boss I'm half owner of the store so what else can I help you with" I told her to cancel my order that you don't have and I called Tiffany at the other location to place my order. Read moreOrdered pizza online and had to pick it up as I had a gift card and it would not take it online--so went in and the guy at the register had his face mask down under his chin (didn't get a picture of that one). Brought up my order and took my $20.00 gift card off of the total price--and told me my balance. I paid that, then tried to tell me that the gift card didn't work--if it didn't work, why was the total he gave me less the $20.00 trying to get more money off of the customer. Then I saw at least 3 other employees with either face masks down under their chin, under their nose or not wear it at all. They tout that safety is first and foremost--I would beg to differ--and I kept waiting and waiting on my pizza--only come to find out it had been waiting int he holding area all of this time. Get it home and it was not edible--almost burnt to a crisp. It has been a very long time since I had been to Dominos--and only reason we went was the gift card that was given to us. I would venture to say it will be the last time I will go here---bad experience all the way around. If I could give them a "0" stars or negative that would still be too good...
