on March 27th at 10:45 pm I placed an online order for a thin crust pizza with sausage and pepperoni with plain wings. After checking my order I realized that my order was made incorrectly. After that I received a phone call from Brian the driver asking if I had paid him in cash because he couldn't remember, which was literally just 5 minutes after he delivered my ordered. I explained to him that online I had to do my order twice online because the Domino's website kicked me off line, his reply was for me to contact the store and they would be able to make the order correct. So when I called the store I explained to the rep that my order was not correct and she transferred me to the manager. This was the third person I've explained the situation. The manager placed me on hold with very nasty attitude and told me that the mistake was my fault and that she would have to reached out to her general manager to find out how to handle the situation. Now I had already paid for my order in cash and I'd given the pizza back to the driver. So the manager then tells me that her general manager said that I could be issued a store credit for the next order. I asked if she could just use the credit to remake my order since I had already paid and given the pizza back to the driver. She then replied that I screwed up and that she not remake my order because it was too difficult to do. I replied by asking what was her name because I want to file a police report because this was theft at this point, which she then said I'll being you your money lady when the driver return. I then asked again what was her name and she refused and hung the phone up in my face. So now I'm out of my money that I paid for the food and I didn't get my order . This behavior is totally unacceptable and Domino's management and staff should be more professional. Read moreThey don't deserve any stars. I ordered 1 pizza and boneless wings at 7:58pm. By 9:45p, I begin calling since the tracker never updated past "prep". No answer for 20 minutes. Within that time, I drove up to the store and there was a couple whose order was cancelled and they were trying to reorder. The lady working there who I believe was the manager, was explaining that she was calling customers and telling them to pick up their orders as they were short on drivers and that they were supposed to turn off online ordering. Not sure if she was telling the truth as I had been waiting for over 2 hours and never received a call. The whole time, the phone is ringing non stop. The manager and the one employee that was working continued to ignore the phone. I told them that if they answered the phone, they would probably be notified that customers wanted to cancel their orders like I was calling to do, and they wouldn't have so much work to do. As I'm waiting to cancel my order, a driver comes back in with someone's order and tells the manager that his app wasn't working to track his mileage so he came back without delivering someone's food. I guess I must have scared the manager off because the other employee had to come and assist me. This is the second time I've had to go to this store because my order was never delivered. Save yourselves some time and go across the street to Little Caesar's. This place doesn't give a damn about...
Read moreThe service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and didn’t get a call to cancel until 10:45 that’s when they called to say they couldn’t deliver the pizza. Not only that, I told them to refund my money to my card, they said they would and it would take three business days and they did not. When I called to address this, the manager informed me that on his files he see that he canceled the order and corporate would agree with him even though I screenshot where they took the money out of my account and was not returned I screenshot the order to corporate with no appropriate response. So basically these people took my money did not deliver the pizza. And by the way there’s no immediate resolution when you have a problem when you try to contact corporate everything’s done by email trying to get through their little Bot system or the email service is ridiculous they don’t want to hear the issues a customer has they want you to give phony positive reviews. Bottom line this place SUCKS ,SUCKS ,SUCKS. I just went to Papa John’s got the best service got my food within 30 minutes I just can’t believe the vast difference.
